I agree with a comment below in that I feel like I was swindled by a seemingly sweet older lady. Here's the list of issues: I asked for two dresses to be taken in on the waist and bust. Cathy was nearly a week late in returning them and I had to call multiple times to get updated about when they were going to be done. After I picked them up and returned home, I found both dresses smelled of smoke (seemingly cigarette), the zipper had been broken out of one dress, and one dress had a 3" hole remaining in an internal seam. Cathy put me in a serious bind for an important business trip. When I called her to tell her the issues and try to give her an opportunity as a business owner to make right or at least explain herself, she flat out denied everything. There was no accountability, no apology; if fact she was confrontational and hung up on me. I have honestly never had a worse interaction/result with a small business owner here in Flagstaff.
