EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE They charge $1 for a laundry card, I'm so mad All my clothes are still EXTREMELY stained with dirt, all of them , even my sheet which was new, some of my shirts were brand new , I used 5 cups/lids full of gain and a box of baking soda in a 4 load washer , the dryer is way way way too expensive $1.50 for 25 mins is way too much, and there's no option for an extra rinse read more

I asked if there was a sink. only the bathroom. than comes into the restroom with me and tells me im making a mess on the floor. Facility was clean and well maintained. Price was standard and decor was neat lots of old time stuff to let your mind wonder instead of counting the minutes til spin cycle. read more

Really cute inside, I like the decor. There waz a lot of trash on the floor and a lot of machines were out of order. The washingmachine ate my money. When I asked the lady for help, she jammed a knife in the coin slot and told me it was working fine. I told her I had put in $8 and the laundry was 5. She said, It is working now. I asked her for my money back so I could put in the correct amount and she acted like I hadnt spoken. She put in more money from her pocket to make the machine work and walked away, ignoring my request. I travel, so fortunately, I never have to come back here. read more

Ugh. I understand it was my fault for leaving my soap the night before. The loss of power from a storm left me a bit dazed. I returned the following day to finish my laundry and to inquire about my soap. When I asked the owner, she played clueless, although her body language told a different story. I went about my business and continued as usual, minus my soap. When I went back out to my vehicle to get some supplies, I walked past the office and what did I see? MY SOAP! I finished my duties and left to NEVER return. This lady lost major karma point over $3. Lame. read more

Very clean place! It wasn't too expensive either. It cost my 11 quarters for the washer and 25¢ for 10 minutes in the dryer it was really nice too. They have both a change machine and a ATM so if you forget coins you have a way to still do your laundry. There is also a lot of places to walk around while waiting for your laundry to finish. One thing i didn't like was there wasn't a lot of space inside to sit and wait for your laundry. Compact walking areas read more

Had a huge amount of stuff to wash and staff showed me to the largest capacity washers and told me how much stuff i could get in, which meant 3 loads instead of 4. Many restaurants in the shopping center, free wifi, an antique store 1 minute away. The place was clean enough though there was a vague sewer gas smell that came and went. read more

Unfriendly service - almost no seating inside. They don't have enough carts to get one if you need one. You get free wifi and it is cheap to wash here though the dryers are in a normal price range. We went to Sherwood Laundry "Laundromat" tonight and it was blazing hot in there. Asked the male worker if we could leave the door open while we loaded our $40.00 worth of laundry into washers. A lady comes out of the back and started yelling to the worker to close the door. She loudly says, "there is no heat and the pipes will freeze." She is yelling loudly so we can hear and we are ignoring her. Then she walks over to us with her hand on her hips and tells us not to throw garbage on the floor. What? I asked if she was talking to us and that it wasn't our garbage. She snapped, "It fell out of your clothes!" It was a cigarette wrapper, we don't smoke. Then she says she doesn't like my attitude and can kick us out. I asked if she was the owner and for her name. She waves her finger in my face and says, "I don't have to give you that information." I called the hotel we were staying in and explained the situation. They said get your laundry and come back to the hotel. They dried our clothes for us! I looked up this place online and there was a reference to a "Jennifer" so when we were leaving with our wet clothes I said, "Bye Jennifer." She snapped back, "My name is Rene!" So there you have it folks, steer clear of this business unless you want to be harassed. read more
