    Love this store! Lots of panels! Very friendly service. Ample Parking right in front of store. Some unique fabrics!

I got married about a year ago and Lynne did all my wedding dress alterations. We started with a beautiful dress that was many layers of different types of silk and needed to be altered down to fit me. From the moment I met Lynne, I felt like I was in good hands. She spoke with a lot of experience when recommending the best way to alter the gown, but was also very open and willing to listen. She was even very patient with my mom, who dabbles with sewing, when she attended the first fitting and asked a dozen questions. Scheduling with Lynne was a breeze and very reliable - her assistant was easy to contact over the phone, and they were great about getting a Google Cal invite over as soon as an appointment was booked. Lynne was also extremely responsive via email. I had many a long email chat with Lynne, discussing last-minute concerns, questions, and modifications. She was always very quick to respond, even when it was past working hours, so I felt 100% assured throughout the entire process. I had many fittings along the way, to ensure that all of the work we were doing was still how I wanted it, and to make sure that things fit perfectly before she proceeded. I ended up making quite a few modifications to the dress, including adding removable off-the-shoulder sleeves and adding some volume to the bottom of the gown, and Lynne worked tirelessly to ensure they were all done exactly when she promised them. Lynne also worked with me to create a perfect custom, floor-length cathedral veil in a shade to match my blush-colored dress. Boy did she deliver absolutely beautiful results on all of these fronts! My veil was perfect, better than anything I could find in-store, and my dress turned out to be stunning!! Lynne and her team steamed it to perfection, and added a wonderful bustle system. Overall, I am so so happy to have worked with Lynne on this very special project for my big day. Thank you a million times over to Lynne and her team! I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

    Pricing Discrepancy and Poor Customer Experience -- Geek Squad Installation Quote vs. Store Charge…read more Trying to call best buy in Flagstaff was impossible. Then I drove from Flagstaff Ranch to the best buy , by flagstaff mall. Here is the email I sent Best Buy corporate: Hello Best Buy Executive Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Flagstaff, AZ Best Buy store involving a RAM installation for a brand-new Lenovo laptop. Earlier today (November 10, 2025), I called Best Buy and was quoted $39.99 for in-store hardware installation (RAM upgrade), which matches the price shown on your official Geek Squad service page for "Hardware Installation (In-Store), SKU 7860102." The Geek Squad representative on the phone described it as a "very simple installation." I intended to purchase the RAM directly from Best Buy -- specifically, the CORSAIR Vengeance 16 GB DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM -- and have it installed onsite by Geek Squad. However, after driving approximately 12 miles, I spoke with a young blond man at the Geek Squad counter around 6:50 PM. He informed me the installation would cost $139.99because a "diagnostic" was required. I refused, as this is not what I was quoted or what is listed online. The laptop is brand new -- I've had it for less than 12 hours -- and it functions perfectly. There is no justification for a diagnostic fee on a new, fully operational system that only requires a basic RAM installation. After leaving the store, I spent an additional 45 minutes on the phone with Geek Squad support, but no one could resolve the issue or explain the pricing discrepancy. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and reflects a lack of transparency at both the store and customer service level. I am requesting that Best Buy: Honor the quoted $39.99 installation rate for the RAM upgrade at this location. Clarify and correct any misleading pricing practices that require unnecessary "diagnostic" charges for simple installations. Provide a written confirmation within three (3) business days explaining how this issue will be resolved
