No matter what state you're in they all look the same. The only changes will come from staff or location. This branch right off Old Country Road is an easy in and out with a fair amount of parking. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.

Due to COVID restrictions, most banks are only taking clients via appointments and unaware of that, I walked into the bank today for something important. I was greeted by her and even though I did not have an appointment she mentioned to wait a bit to and assisted. During the process she was diligently working with her staff and making sure all client requests were handled properly. If anyone from the Wells Fargo Corporate office is reading this review, I would like to say Thank you and you should feel proud of individuals like Stephanie who go out of their way to assist clients. Happily this spot is not far from me and may even be closer than my own home town branch. This spot is conveniently located on Old County Rd in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking. It is very easy to access from Hillside Ave and it's an easy in and out. My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. Paid him. Simple enough. When I got home, i logged into my accounts, he didn't do what I asked! I asked to pay my statement balance. He gave me my current balances. Therefore, making me pay extra monies I didn't have to pay until next month! My mistake for assuming a teller knew the difference between a statement balance and a current balance!
