Sure it looks onto the carpark of Westfields but it faced West and the arvo sun was great to have wine number one while waiting for the others to arrive. It's a pretty big place with a stack of seating both inside and out. As someone else mentioned the staff are very attentive. Its almost American style service where you are allocated a 'server' at the beginning of the night and they stick with you till you leave. They can seem a bit over zealous but it's certainly better than no one paying any attention. They were buzzing around topping up water every few minutes, clearing stuff away, and constantly checking if everything was okay or if there was anything else you needed. The food is basic but really flavoursome and good sized servings. We shared some wedges and then each had either steak or chicken for the main. Each came with their signature mushroom sauce too. You can tell its a chain type restaurant but the food is still really good, it doesn't cost a fortune, and its a great place to share a few drinks and a meal.

The Greek salad was really good too but for the price it was pretty small. I opted to try a frozen watermelon margarita which was part of their special this month for $9.95. We decided to order the longboards which is basically 3 pizzas per board for around $72 which comes with various sauces to add extra flavour should you require. The platter comes with chocolate fondue dip for strawberries, banana and marshmallow. Brownies, vanilla ice cream, swirls and mini pizza crumble. The swirl was delicious pastry stuffed with chocolate. The fondue and Brownie was nice. My personal favourite was the pizza crumble. It was an apple crumble on a miniature pizza and was crunchy and sweet all at the same time. For dessert would definitely choose that to share if you wanted a dessert. It has beautiful views of the city, great service and the food is well priced as well as being delicious. My boyfriend and I shared a marinated lamb pizza and chili prawn salad and both were tasty and filling. The place was buzzing but our food came out quickly. Great for a pre-movie bite or a longer leisurely dinner.

We ordered two pumpkin salads, made it very clear (even held up two fingers), plus a glass of wine and a Pepsi. After waiting 40 minutes, only one salad came out -- and it was pathetic for almost $30: a tiny handful of rocket, two small cubes of pumpkin, and three tiny pieces of chicken. When we asked where the second salad was, the waiter said there was only one on the order. We reminded them we were short on time, and a staff member later told us the other salad would be another 5-10 minutes. We declined since we had to leave. Meanwhile, multiple staff kept bringing the wrong meals to our table, clearly lost. The manager's attitude was the worst part. While we were explaining the issue, she barely made eye contact, kept saying "yep, yep, yep" while filing menus, and offered no real apology or ownership. Her excuse? "We're busy." The place was half-empty, and staff behind the bar were chatting and drinking. All she offered was to remove the drinks from the bill -- which doesn't make up for terrible service, missing food, and total indifference. I manage a large clinic myself, and if any of my staff treated clients this way, there'd be immediate retraining. This experience ruined our evening and showed a complete lack of care, communication, and professionalism. Would not recommend Bondi Pizza Macquarie at all. Poor service, poor food, and a manager who couldn't care less.
