Vendors were ALL picked and our international guests were given notice of the date to get tickets. Ashley called us the day AFTER my dad was in the hospital letting us know that the business "might" not be in business or it "might" not be an event center any longer. In an email later, Ashley informs us it's "Force Majeure" and that it would be impractical and impossible for the venue to host our wedding. After I spent about 15 minutes laughing at a non attorney explaining the law to the two of us (two attorneys)and that too incorrectly... I proceeded to freak out. This is bad business and we have been told they are looking to sell the business. I for one will be keeping an eye on this corporation and the officers involved. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. Get an ACTUAL attorney to do your work instead of a sales girl hired by daddy. Bad business practice that will follow them.

She was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her and DJ Syd. The photographer, whose name I sadly forget, perfectly captured our memories. The food was amazing (get the chicken piccata). Our guests are still talking about it. Every dish was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was even better than we expected. The staff was attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our day special. Perhaps best of all, is the fact that we weren't nickel and dimed. Their pricing was up front and truly turnkey. The value for our money was amazing. From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. When the speaker announced it was time to eat & that she would call one table at a time I had NO idea where the buffet was. I thought it was going to be a long table of food but it was inside this little room. There were 2 servers & there was a little bit of a wait. It would of been nice if they supplied butter for the bread & plain spaghetti along with some black pepper. There was no salt & pepper shakers to be found. I was a little bummed not to see any seltzers or sliced lemons at the bar. Also it would of been nice to know it was a CASH ONLY BAR. I talked with my friend & she said she wasn't even aware it was cash only. That is something that the owners may want to tell their guest when they are looking to book this hall. I don't carry much cash on me & they were charging $10 for a Tito's. The girl also announced after they were done serving the food it would still be available for guests & just to let them know. I was actually hungry & could have gone for seconds but never saw anyone to ask. My friend arrived after the food was served with her 2 kids and no one came over to her. The staff was very, very slow to come pick up dirty dishes off the tables. I was not impressed by this. No one came to see if we needed our water pitches refilled. My empty drink cup sat on the table the whole night. I did like how they had a water bubbler next to the bar with cups to serve yourself water. It was pretty sad how the staff demolished the cake while cutting it. The pieces were all different sizes & just a hot mess at the end. See photo. Unless you want lots of stress, and possibly even having to find yourself a new venue at the last minute, do not book this venue. The owner makes lots of promises that he doesn't keep, he does not communicate or respond timely. In November 2022 he said the venue would be remodeled by March 2023, here we are in August and I just read a review that it hasn't been remodeled. In July during a food tasting I found out by the Coordinator that he couldn't provide the silver Chiavari chairs he promised, he said nothing could be done it was impossible knowing that he has a second venue, then he stated that he could put a green bow on gold chairs. My daughters colors are silver and green. Later he stated he would need to give me my money back, and for me to find somewhere else, 3-months before my daughters Quinceañera, then he stated he would keep my deposit, he is very sloppy, unprofessional, terrible communication. Your special event should be memorable and not stressful, go anywhere else give your money to a business that truly cares about you.
