I have been going to this dry cleaner for over 15 years, and after the recent change in ownership, they have gone way downhill. Within the last 5 times I've gone there, they've lost 2 pairs of pants, and have burnt the collar on 2 of my shirts. The first shirt they burned, I let it go because everyone makes mistakes, but the shirt was ruined. After the 2nd shirt got burnt, I asked them to remove the burn, or pay for the shirt. Not surprisingly, they denied responsibility, and said that I was the one who had got it dirty. It wasn't dirt, it was a burn, it was on the outside of the collar (how could I get "dirt" on this area of a shirt?), and the burn was in the exact same place that the other shirt had been burnt.
This is very, very disappointing after me and my family have brought all of our clothes there for dry cleaning for 15 years (and 2 of us work in an office, so we go there quite often). Also, when I picked up my dry cleaning last time, they shoved a suit, 2 shirts and 3 pairs of pants all in one piece of plastic, so none of the shirts came back pressed.
Lastly, the 2 people there spoke English so poorly that they had to call their daughter (after waiting for 5 minutes to try and get ahold of her) in order to translate what was being said. It was very frustrating. How can you expect to run a business if you can't even communicate with your customers?
Never, ever go here. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and the new owners clearly have no idea what they're doing. read more
