Great selection of wine. My favorite winery is Michael David in California and they carry several of those. I love the frozen daiquiri's.

I have been going to Flamingo Liquor for a few- years now. The customer service is outstanding! The store manager, Jacoby is awesome, And Kelsey is a sweetheart. She always has a smile on her face when I come in. They always know what I want, and have it pulled for me We chat like old friends, and I love it! Flamingo Liquor is my go to liquor store because of the great customer service, and warm atmosphere. I miss Kim who is no longer working at Flamingo Liquor. Horrible customer service. Just went inside and no one knew anything about the wines. I think this place needs a reboot or revamp. Management needs to shape this place up. I asked about a particular wine and the sales rep with one of the black shirts that says the store name said to be honest no one will know about the wines. I'm like great, it's like walking into a car dealership and the sales representative says to be honest I don't know anything about the cars. WTH!! The end! read more

This is a decent store to stop in if needing beer, wine or select liquor. They have an ok selection of items but it's nothing like Specs or the other big places. You'll find the names we're all used to but nothing crazy or out of the blue. The staff is very friendly and they try to help when they can. There is a huge parking lot out front so there is never an issue with finding a space. I would definitely recommend stopping in here if needing to grab beer, wine or liquor! read more

I can't even give it one star. Today., Labor Day, I walk in (Preston location) to make a purchase. The lady behind the desk basically is not even attempting to wear her mask. As I am checking out, I ask her to please put on her mask fully and she gives me the "go to hell" stare. I explain to her that I have a 93 yr. old Mother that lives with us. She still refused to cover her mouth and nose and said with a smirk ... "I'll just look up the price myself!" I had to ask for bags to put my purchases in. Easily some of the highest prices around. To provide an example; Grey Goose 1.75 at Total Wine, 44.99. Here it's 68.99; yep, 44% higher! They were nice, but for those prices they better be. read more

Prices are astronomical!!!! Will plan better next time and won't go back to this place. It was convenient...so I didn't have a choice.

All sales are final. We bought 6 bottles of tequila for a margarita machine....fund raiser. We only used 3 of the bottles. The mgr at the store refused to refund us for the 3 unused bottles. Specs has always issued refunds for unused merchandise. Do your homework!!! Will not shop at Fossil Creek Liquor Stores ever! read more

I honestly would not recommend any one to go to this place, simply because I wanted to pick up something (even though it was last min) and I was turned down at closing time. Someone had went in 5 seconds before me and were able to purchase liquor but I was denied. There was an unfriendly vibe that I received when told by the clerk, "WE ARE CLOSED! WE CAN'T SELL AFTER 9." But like I said, someone had just went in there seconds before me. It was still 9 o'clock and not a minute after. I was highly upset, it was a Saturday and of course we are unable to by liquor on Sundays so I was forced to wait until the weekend was over. I knew exactly what I wanted and wouldn't have taken much time to grab it. I will make sure I tell my friends to never come to this place and be sure to go somewhere else instead. read more

This is my new favorite liquor store. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Much better than big box places.

Went in for a couple things, and an older woman was my cashier. She was dismissive and seemed like she was in a really bad mood. I didn't hear a question and when I asked her to repeat herself she scoffed and seemed like I was inconveniencing her by buying something in the store. Won't go back, even though the guy that helped me find what I was looking for was very helpful. read more

On Sunday May 26th, their company van was being driven by a possibly drunk employee. I was behind him on the service road at 75 and Campbell and we were both turning left to go westbound on Campbell. The van kept switching lanes and swerving into other lanes and would not maintain a steady speed. I was surprised to see a liquor van out on a Sunday, especially in Richardson since it is only a moist city. read more

A very good place. Employees are always offering to help, very friendly. The manager gives very good suggestions and is very positive. Diverse items from different categories go on sale weekly. The store product selection is wisely chosen to cover everything, so you won't miss running in a super-store. Going there regularly for many years. read more
