However, once they noticed me, one of the associates asked if I needed help but then walked away while giggling. When I went to check out, both associates continued looking at each other and giggling, which came across as extremely condescending and unprofessional. I eventually asked them directly if there was an issue because of the way they were behaving toward me. They attempted to explain it away by saying their manager had sent them something funny, but given the circumstances and the way they were acting, it did not feel genuine. As I was already walking out, they also offered me tequila in a way that felt inappropriate and dismissive, and it came across as a possible racially insensitive remark given the overall tone of the interaction. I understand that employees can joke around with each other, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope management addresses this type of behavior because customer service should not depend on whether employees happen to find something amusing while a customer is being helped.

It's never packed so you are in and out in a hurry. I've compared prices to even the new Specs and they are about the same. I like the specials that this place has every week. Overall, I really like this place. Checkout girls are really friendly. I like that someone finally competed with Jacobs. If you are in the Sachse, Murphy, and Richardson area give them a try. This is my go to place.
