The front desk staff wasn't super helpful when it came to choosing how much time we needed, nor in explaining the deals available (there was a deal for bowling 2 hours for a max of six people that included a pizza and pitcher of soda, but the front desk staff told us that bowling by the hour was a better deal...it wasn't and after an hour of bowling we ended up having them reverse our original charge in order to get that deal). Also, when did bowling get so expensive...ha. Our server was great though! And the bowling alley was very clean and in good shape. The music was on point, and there were lots of TV screens with sports on to watch in between bowling. There's a huge arcade that looked very fun, and somewhere in the building there was laser tag though we never found that space. We had a lot of fun! We'll definitely be back!

However, I had heard from more than 1 person if you won, they will band you! Well, I was band yesterday. Yep it took 2 years for me to actually win, I won about 2500 bucks, oh and I tipped Rosa 4 or 5 hundred bucks. I have poured hundreds of dollars into this place. This owner, rather than approaching the customers he wants banned (for winning) puts the dirty work on his staff. I have been friendly with Rosa and Evelyn the past few years, I know that was not easy for them to have to tell me along with the other customers they have banned. I was told that over 10 people have now been banned from here all for what, for winning. Now tell me, why would someone go into a place pour money into a machine and never win. I actually feel like an idiot for going in here over and over to hardly ever win. I remember a year ago I hit a major , within an hour the owner came in, emptied the cash from the machine, and turned it off, ridiculous. I guarantee the 500 major that I won, I paid for it 5 times. All the times I saw this creep of an owner, he never said hello to anyone. The day I won he came in within 15 minutes, I actually thought he congratulate me, nope, he looked at me as if I did something wrong. Avoid this place at all cost, avoid anything in that plaza, this owner owns the plaza. I will spread the news, this man has no business being in business and surely not an arcade! You will never win twice at this place. Evelyn and Rosa your too good for this piece of crap, what he is doing to people is wrong, I hope you find a new job and no longer support this scumbag, he doesn't deserve you two. The last time we went specific for mini bowling with 2 young adults. We called to ensure they are working. Upon arrival, a sign informed us that it is under maintenance! A major disappointment! There are 100+ games available and there are a few more empty space for additional games. The place is clean, but they allow gamers to drink beer while engage in their game. There were about 5 empty beer mugs on some of machines! Good news, the mini bowling lanes are fully working. We played mini bowling twice! They still have air hockey, basketball, Monopoly, phot booth, Terminator, etc. All machines we tried were in working order! Several groups or families were engaged in competition. That added a vibe to normal quiet time in the afternoon! There is a bar and restaurant inside but we normally only come for the game. The restaurant is quiet and empty during two hours+ visit. Note that whenever we have visited, it has been for lunch so I can't speak to the evening atmosphere, but during the day it's very laid back, and often mostly locals.
