My friends and I went to HeadPinz on a Sunday night off season. it wasn't too crowded, but the crowd there was young, fun and energetic. The front desk staff wasn't super helpful when it came to choosing how much time we needed, nor in explaining the deals available (there was a deal for bowling 2 hours for a max of six people that included a pizza and pitcher of soda, but the front desk staff told us that bowling by the hour was a better deal...it wasn't and after an hour of bowling we ended up having them reverse our original charge in order to get that deal). Also, when did bowling get so expensive...ha. Our server was great though! And the bowling alley was very clean and in good shape. The music was on point, and there were lots of TV screens with sports on to watch in between bowling. There's a huge arcade that looked very fun, and somewhere in the building there was laser tag though we never found that space. We had a lot of fun! We'll definitely be back! read more

Great location, we were staying 30 minutes away from this place and going to another spot that actually closed early because a use it was a slow night. I'm glad we found this place because it was super nice and fun. Dates were less than $70 including tip for 2 hours of play, 4 pairs of shoe rental and a pitcher of soda. The owners just started a FREE kids/youth bowling league with scholarships, on Saturday mornings. We participated today and it was really great. I grew up bowling, and would like to say that this league is an amazingly generous opportunity to get your kids away from the screens and video games. Learn something new, make new friends. They have certified volunteer coaches to help out, so no previous bowling experience is necessary. Even shoes and bowling balls are complimentary. I have no personal ties to HeadPinz ownership or employees, but this is a wonderful way to give back to the community and generate interest in the sport. However, they are severely understaffed, and many who were on shift were standing around admiring their fingernails and were a little unfriendly when I approached the desk b/c there was a pinsetter malfunction. Sorry to interrupt your conversation, but we came to roll and we've got no pins to knock down! Fix it! That being said, the wait staff from the bar was really attentive and nice. The limited menu of mostly pizzas and wings came out fresh and good as always. They've got robot minions delivering the food to the lanes, too! Fabulously odd. There's a huge problem, though! HeadPinz is setting themselves up for a ton of legal trouble from the bar. They're overserving people AND bringing UNopened beers to guests. Mostly a dark place and a bar outside as you enter. The Special private lanes happen to be near the indoor bar. Sometimes the wall is added to keep private lanes more private to other lanes but not private to the bar patrons. There were moments where the players had to have superfast rounds: if they waited more than a few seconds, then their turn would get skipped on the scoreboard! Hello we went to head pinz in Naples FL with family on the 12/26. We had a terrible experience. When we picked up our shoes no one told us our bowling lane time began. We heading to the bar which we had to wait 25 mins to order our drinks. When we came back to our lane and signed in everyone's name we only had 35 mins left. We spent $50 to reserve that lane and we didn't even finish a full game. The system automatically shut off not asking if we wanted our scores emailed to us. The bathrooms were disgusting as well no toilet paper and toilets were backed up. This was the worst bowling alley I've ever been too we will never go back. read more

About time for an update. Came by to hang with old friends. This place was pretty busy for a Saturday night. Sadly the kitchen was really backed up, it took over an hour and a half for food orders to come. It would have been a nice gesture to approach the guests to let them know verses having each of the people chase down a server or bartender to get an update. We seriously thought our orders were lost. A group of other people at the next table, just got up and left. As they were waiting too long as well. Some improvement in scoring system and music videos along with a small stage for live music. Tonight was karaoke. 3 pool tables in the lounge area and 2 more in VIP. Been going to outside bar Nemo's for past 2 years. It was a great place to enjoy good food and drinks but the past few months the outside bar is falling apart. Over 50% of the tv's don't work and just recently the coolers have not been working. Now the bartenders have to put the beers in metal buckets in order to have cold beer. Corporate needs to stop by and access the situation and make the repairs needed. I enjoy and appreciate all the bartenders and management making the best of it but corporate is the only one who can get the bar back into shape. All HeadPinz have gone so downhill I don't even understand how they are in business. The arcades have been completely neglected. Games are broken and some don't properly award tickets. If you tell a staff member, no one cares or even understands how the games are supposed to work. They used to have cool prizes like AirPods and if you spent enough money, you could win them. It was a little pricey for an hour and a half plus shoes but it was a Saturday and they seem to have good deals on the weekdays. The girl upfront was completely clueless as to what the prices were. We ended up paying $38 for ONE game and 3 shoe rentals. The shoes smelled so bad and they were extremely dirty. Overall, That location is a bit pricey considering the fact that this establishment is run down and very dirty. You can go to HeadPinz in Fort Myers (which is very clean and the employees are knowledgeable) and have an amazing time for less money. Went to Head pizza last night to celebrate my grandsons 16th birthday. We had 9 people total. The employees at the desk were great. I ordered 103. Worth of food. 2 pizzas, nachos, wings, soda. The food sucked. Pizza was cold & dry, the nachos had a canned cheese sauce and the hamburger was all dried out like it was old. The boneless wings were good. Every time we needed a drink we have to try to grab his attention to try to get assistance. While we were sitting down we heard the table behind us get up and leave because they had not been greeted or even brought menus after 15 minutes of sitting and waited to be seen. DONT EAT THE WINGS!!!!!!!!!! Every other monday we all go there and have a lot of fun. Drinks are ok, Wait staff is fun once they get to know you and the lanes are spacey open and nice. Lots of room to move around. Even during league play you have tons of room to move around and never feel crowded. Just dont eat the wings. ever. OK maybe once. The wings are good but very spicy. Milds are close to hot. Hot is 100 degrees above the temperature of molten lava. But trust me, around 2am after eating the wings you will be wide awake, opening a window, striking a match and regretting not heading my warning.
