The service her is awful! I told them that the truck wasn't cleaned very well and the owner went absolutely crazy on me. To start off I wasn't completely happy paying $30 to get the truck cleaned but he promised the truck would look terrific when it was done. I fully believed him. When it was done, Afterwards, there was still bird poop on the hood , dirty windows and mud all over the bumper, I went in and just asked for it to be re-washed. He went nuts. You would think I asked for something out of the ordinary. I just wanted my truck cleaned. I don't mind spending money to get my truck washed, but they advertise $15. I was expecting to pay maybe 20 for a basic wash. I paid $30 and my truck wasn't even clean.! he told me never to come back wash my truck at home and we will!!! Not to mention, I still tipped $12 to the guys drying my truck when they should've noticed it wasn't even clean and I should've never had to bring it to attention of the owner. I brought my car here for a routine wash and during the process, my side mirror was popped out by an employee. They attempted to fix it on the spot, but afterward the mirror sensor no longer functions properly and I'm unable to adjust it to my driving seeing abilities. Unfortunately, that leaves me with a damaged mirror and no resolution from the business. Accidents happen, but how they're handled matters. I've been there 5 times with my new to me car. 1st time guy charged me $20 and it looked great clean inside and out. 2nd time again $20 but it was lacking some interior trim wiping no big deal, 3rd,4th and today my 5th and last time I've paid $22 and it's not even clean. I been comming here for years but lately I'm going to start washing my car at home. The owner couldn't get the angle of the tire to align it to the track and broke off a part of my lower finder when he drove it through the wash. My regular car wash closed down so I went to this car wash today and the older short hispanic worker that was writing up my car wash was rude as hell. First, he didn't asked me which air freshener scent I wanted and just assumed I wanted black ice. He then proceeded to write which wash I wanted and the air freshener scent on my driver's side window. When I questioned him as to why he was writing on my window so hard, he accused me of trying to tell him how to do his job. He said, "I've been working here for 50 years and you're going to tell me how to do my job.". I said, "I'm just asking you a question and not trying to tell you how to do your job." the owner of this car wash, was unprofessional. He physically attacked my brother because he questioned the $2 difference. He originally put $19.99 then charged him $2 more. My brother asked why, he said it's a weekend fee. Keep in mind we have been coming here for 20 years. So he started cursing him out and then opened his door and slammed it on his thigh. The owner/manager lies about the prices to make extra money and is very rude and aggressive when you confront him about it. My family has come this car wash for many years. My mom and I always pay $20 to get a full service wash for each of our cars. Today the owner said my car is $22 because of the size of the vehicle. My mom intervened and said we always pay $20. He got an attitude with her saying that it's more expensive anywhere else and that they need to make money. They also did not put the scented air freshener in either of our cars that we paid for as retaliation. We are so disappointed and will never go back there again. My car was the same from the inside, I don't believe it was even vacuumed, I'm not sure what cleaning supplies was used for my interior but it was worse than when I took it in. I asked to speak with the manager about my car not being vacuumed completely and my car not being vacuumed completely orwiped down on the Inside and he told me he didn't have time to come look at my car just go and tell them to re clean it and bring it back through I will re vacuum it ..
