She took the card out to early & it charged her according to the gentleman Armando it didn't go thru but never gave her a receipt that said void he said oh that doesn't come out which is wrong every machine gives you a voided receipt trust me I work in customer service . She inserted it again to pay & it went thru again she told him that on her bank statement app it went thru both times & according to Armando it didn't he said call your bank so she called the bank & what do you know he charged her 2 times so I'm sure he tried pocketing the dam measly $20 , my sister called later & he was so unprofessional he said well she wasn't trying to pay but how does that make sense ? She inserted her card 2 times to pay so how does that come off as she doesn't want to pay? This was the worst service ever today... I've been coming to this place for years an today was the most disappointing day of my life. They failed to rewash my car properly and refused to give my well earned money. The owner was also under the influence of alcohol and that was one of the reasons he couldn't wash my vehicle properly. This is so sad and the fact that I didn't notice when I initially left this place. I had given them a $5 tip. Beware of this place. Horrible service. I brought my new 2019 Dodge Challenger Rt for its first wash, I had been washing and waxing it myself, the car has 1014 miles on it. I then walked across to El Sabrosito to order 2 tacos, when I heard my car reved up as the employee was turning it around to dry, all the rags had slid off the car onto the dirty rocky pavement, I then watched the guy walk over and pick up the rags walk over to my car and start wiping my new car down with the rags that he had just picked up, I tried to yell from across the street one of the other car was guys heard me but didn't act like he could understand what I was saying, I then ran across the street went up to the guy drying my car and told him you never dry off a car with rags that have fallen on the ground, he finally switched to clean rags, whe he was done he had left the drivers door open, I walked around the car didn't notice anything yet, (I tipped the guy $5.00 which i shouldn't have) then drove home less than 3/4 of a mile, as soon as I got out of my car I noticed a scratch on my door handle, I immediately drove the car back and went and talked to the manager, he told me to talk to the guy who dryer the car off and maybe wax would fix it. (IT DIDN'T) I then explained to both the Manager and the guy drying the car I had been washing and waxing my car myself until today and I always keep it covered. He did not offer any apology or anything. I the told him I would NEVER BRING ANOTHER CAR HERE AND HE JUST SAID OKAY! If you have a car that you care about I would never bring it to Flans Car Wash. My grandmother is in Her 70s and none of the 10 or s men there could help her change the spare tire and when i asked management after i arrived "john" that rude lil man said he didnt have time for this and when i showed him the filth still on the car he said he wouldnt give us a refund. Do yourself a favor - do not go here. They are inconsistent, sometimes it's a decent job, sometimes it's a crappy job. My mom took her Tahoe in yesterday and they broke a piece in the back. She took it back today and spoke with Cleo and John. They told her it was her fault, it was already loose. My mom is OCD about her car & it is in pristine condition. They broke it but we're not willing to take any responsibility for it. Now my mom is stuck paying about $100 to get this fixed over a $20 carwash. But, then I saw what was actually being done aside from just the outsidez- they actually clean the inside glass, wipe the door sills, and vacuum the entire car. There was an empty one at the end, that I didn't notice until after I parked. The old dirty sweaty looking older guy yelled me to park over there. I was on my phone soon said, it's ok. I'll just wait here. So he said "Don't you know how to drive", I asked what? And he said you must know how to drive. Horrible experience. I went to get my car washed and vacuumed since it is close to my parents house. The owner is extremely friendly but doesn't do enough for his customers. I admire that he defends his workers but he doesn't watch them closely which results in poor service. We paid for the $22 package and was expecting what we paid for. First, they didn't even vacuum the trunk because we didn't open it but they didn't tell us we had to open it so then when it was finish with the wash and "detailing" we had bring it back to get it vacuumed. After they did vacuum the back, there is clearly still more dirt! Aside from that, I have a sticker on my car that was in mint condition but after their hand wash, parts of the sticker ripped off. That was unacceptable. They said they couldn't do anything about it and that left me furious. My rims weren't even clean even though it was part of the package. We are never coming here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go out of your way and go for a 4+ stars location to get your car washed and detailed. read more

I got my Lyft sticker stolen by one of the employees. It makes no sense because the sticker has no monetary value. I went in for a basic car wash and when I got inside my car I noticed they had messed with my Lyft sticker (It's 2 stickers inside the pouch. If you own a nice car, STAY AWAY! DO NOT trust these guys with a high end vehicle. I admit I have a unique situation, but its not all that uncommon. I have an M3. Yes it is lowered, but I was told they could wash the car outside the tunnel. They pull the car up to the tunnel entrance, wash it, then try to back it out. Its a manual trans. The employee driving couldn't find reverse. So drove into the guide rails in the tunnel. Eventually found reverse, but only after punching a hole in my Carbon Fiber bumper. Then tried to tell me it was like that!!! HELL NO. Anyone who loves there car as much as I do, KNOWS every scratch on the car and how it got there. They wouldn't accept responsibility for it. Whatever grease they use on the tire is the same brush and grease they use on the trim, black gunk everywhere. Missed spots in cleaning the body off. This is the car wash that you go to because you need a car wash and don't feel like going too far. It is NOT the car wash you go to because you value how sparkly clean your car-baby looks and want her to look her best for the prom. The price is reasonable, the people are as friendly as at any car wash, and they definitely do a better-than-poor job. But, I came in with a bug graveyard on my windshield from the drive from Reno to Los Angeles, and I left with fewer bugs, but not a clean slate. Granted, they're sticky and gross and hard to get off, but it would have nice to have been bringing slightly less of them home with me. read more
