This is the same carwash but just a different color. I been coming to this establishment before they switched ownership. But I fell back on coming as much because of their service and wash. These people broke my key in the ignition and had me STILL pay for my wash. When I became Livid, the ghetto Mexican chic started putting her hands in my face, cussing at me. I had to dial 911 to intervene, they paid for a locksmith after I paid for the wash. I was ready to GO!! The service and wash hasn't been the same since the OLD OWNERSHIP. i caught them on a bad day I guess but for someone that goes often and just cuss Im on a budget asking for the maintenance service, he wants to come aggressive and tell me they can't get the trash that's on the passenger side. when all the times I've showed up all I do is clean my mess and toss it to the trash. This was my first time coming to this car wash, and I'm completely unsatisfied. The only thing positive about this experience was them getting started on it right away. However my car was not properly cleaned. I paid for the $20 car wash, which was not a basic car wash, so I expected it to be cleaned very well. When I mentioned to the guy that cleaned it that there was some places that were left unclean he just wiped one of those areas and told me he was done. Because I had already been sitting there for 40 minutes, I had to go. I should have spoken to a manager. at this point I feel like I deserve my money back or a complementary car wash because I had to come home and wipe down my own car. Perhaps I just had a lazy person, but due to this I will not be back to this car wash. read more

This is the best car wash I've ever been in LA. I've bought an used car. So, the interior and exterior of the car were in a bad shape and I drove to the Long Beach Car Wash. Emrah, who is the best friendly person in the establishment, took care of my car. Also, I've bought mini detail service and headlight restoration, so the car came out like a brand new because I couldn't even believe my eyes. Therefore, headlights were shining and interior was perfectly clean, exterior was looking very much better as well. 0.5 stars y'all. Why is it so darn hard to find a decent car wash anywhere?! Decided to check out LB Car wash as it's right down the street from me. On my first visit (which happened to be a busy Saturday) my car was washed and returned in an acceptable condition - they were being watched. 2nd visit was my last! There were probably 2 cars there and 3 workers, including the boss (?) who was both vacuuming cars and running the register, obviously not doing any type of quality control..I know that to be true as I literally had to re-vacuum and re-wipe my windows (inside and out) when I got home the following day as the washers couldn't be bothered to finish the job. Whatever soap the car wash used has some type of film that showed up all over my windows later that night and I could barely see driving!! I'll likely have to get the whole car detailed now. While I was sitting there I saw what looked like one of the employees hit the curb while driving my car. When I got it back, there was a scuff on the wheel that I saw hit the curb. I talked to the owners and they didn't even want to work with me. They just denied and said it wasn't their fault. So just be aware that they won't be very careful with your car here... Had my car for one year and never got so much as a scratch on it. Took it in for complete interior and exterior detail. When I got it back, the shiney borders around the windows were corroded. Spoke with Adid and he just said, "its just armor all it comes off" then he proceeded to try to wipe it off. When it didn't come off he said, "oh nvm its sun damage." Really dude? I told him that its never been like that before and he just proceeded to deny that it was any corrosive chemical. Any idiot could tell it was corroded. Don't go here. read more

EDIT- service was done JULY 12 '18 (with new management ) Paid $50 for a "mini detail" very disappointed with the results. The pictures right after I noticed a few details and they corrected them I didn't want to keep finding things and telling them so after a couple I just decided to drive off. Will not be back. I spoke to the owner prior to the service and was clear about what I wanted they had initially quoted me $40 then when I got there they tried up selling to a better service for $50 I again asked what that entailed. He explained they'd clean and wax the inside, do the rims and tires and was the outside, of course I agreed as I wanted a well done job. I went on a weekday, great time to go if you're looking to avoid longer wait-time. I had the mini detail done on my SUV. It cost $35. It came out looking new again since it was really dirty from taking it to the desert. The only thing I found still dirty were my cup holders from the front. It could have been easily wiped down. Also, a few tiny spots outside from bird poop. Since they weren't big, I didn't make a big deal. Reason for 4 stars.. There's a $10 off coupon here on yelp. I asked if I could use it and the employee said yes, I pulled it up but instead he said he'll give me 10% off. He didn't give me a good reason as to why he changed his mind. So last time (this past weekend) they did a good job on my gf car, so I decided to come during the week and get the $11.99 special. Well it didn't work out like that because no armor oil with the $11.99.special and I ended up paying the same thing she did $16.00. Car was pretty clean minus the mats not vacuumed good enough and the need for air blowers to stop water from dripping once you drive off. I support my community but we gotta do better! read more

Realized right after I left the car wash, I came back 2 times looking for the owner to see if he would do something about it. He did not, deny that it was impossible for this to happen, implied it happen on the road and that I'm responsible once my car goes into his carwash. What business owner is not responsible for their own equipment causing damage? Stay away from this place...only reason I ended up here was because Big Ben's car wash is getting remodel. Very disappointed in this car wash this is my 2nd time here thought I'd try again and give them a 2nd chance. Bad idea! 1st they use the cheaper spray air freshener and the baby powder air freshener smells nothing like baby powder (1st visit didnt get air freshener, 2nd time I made sure they sprayed it) 2nd the guy drying my car didnt even wipe the inside of the rear window (both tines) I would definitely hope I wouldn't need to ask for them to do that!! 3rd I have smears on my panoramic roof glass and spots on my rearview mirror. Amazing! I've never paid this much for any wash/detail job before but it was certainly worth it. You get what you pay for and then some here. The service was better than I expected and it was actually genuine. Firstly the manager/owner(?)'s correspondence was on point!! He replied swiftly to any questions I had and was very nice/caring. I went today and he right away walked over to where I parked and greeted me. He began giving me pricing and he hooked it up! Again, still a bit much for me but I don't regret it. My car looks almost new (and this is very important because I got it used and in a very unclean condition) so thank you so much to the thorough man who cleaned it inside and out and to the excellent manager/owner who helped me every step of the way.
