I called they told me it was due to late fees so I looked at my bill and there was only $7.10 in late fees and an "invoice adjustment" of $87.21. I don't know who comes up with the late fees, but $94.31 is robbery. You can also quit trying to contact me to work for you. Techs comes at my house and wants to place the receiver where ever they want and don't take the extra time to make sure the work is done properly and on to top of it off they hate educating the customer on how the system works. Customer service reps most of them are rude on the phone with you and won't believe or wants to hear anything the customer has to say. They can brag about their internet speed but their treatment to hard working, money spending customers is horrible. Really wish they can learn from all the others HSP.
