I don't know who comes up with the late fees, but $94.31 is robbery. You can also quit trying to contact me to work for you. But a few times Direct TV has come my way. And its never been easy for me to get the hang of. Most recently it was at a home I manage, and I could not get Direct TV and Verizon to work together to get the TV and all the rest working at the same time. So frustrating. I am trying to calm down because the tactics that Direct TV use are illegal. They charge credit/debit cards without prior authorization. Try and file a complaint against them with the Attorney General or the BBB. Useless. I just got charged $60.00 on my debit card. I don't have their service. Never had. Had to jump through hoops to get this removed. Cancelled my cards and am waiting for new ones to arrive. Similar experience several years ago while trying to close out a family member's account. The account was charged after MONTHS of close and personal talk via landline. I don't wish to get into the deets however the employees of this company lie to suit their quota needs. File a complaint with the FCC. Next on my list.
