However he's not an easy person to work with. He had more of a Prima Donna attitude than anyone in the room. He was critical towards my MOH and best man and made passive aggressive statements. He made everyone feel uncomfortable and my bridal party and both my family my in-laws kept asking where I found this man. He didn't take any photos of my MOH and best friend making a speech and focused on other people in the wedding party and giving my other MOH and best man (I know I know I have two sets) all the attention. He didn't tell us to get a park permit for our pre-nuptials and we had no idea we had to...and he ended up yelling at the parks manager and almost had us kicked out. Also, he didn't try to make us feel better by giving us some additional time for the time lost in the park and wanted to leave right on the dot when my tea ceremony was starting...which is huge for my culture. He also ended up giving us 300 something photos and for the price we paid...it's ridiculous. People have 1000 plus photos and he gave us less than half that amount. Some photos were really nice but some...the contrast was way too much and my acne scars were highlighted and he didn't even asked me if I wanted it smoothed out. When I email him about status of the album he gave me a "you're not the only bride I'm working with" type of response and it really made our experience with him even worst. If you guys don't care about who the photographer is and wants his style of photos then hire him, otherwise there are many photographers who are nicer to work with who produce just as good if not better photos.

They were late to the wedding and missed the shots outside with my bridal party, the quality of the video makes me want to cry, the video was basically unedited and 3 hours long and even the sound is messed up. We asked them several times to fix the video, which they did try to do but the results were not much better.. so we just gave up. We are too ashamed to show it to our friends and family and that is all thanks to the incompetence of the video person and people who work for him.

The photos I saw had this retro style, had wonderful contrast and I found there was always warmth in their subjects. There is actual depth to their portraits and these ladies are able to capture the nuances of every emotion that occurs on your special day. Take a look at their IG/Yelp review photos and you'll see that they look like Renaissance portraits set in the streets of Brooklyn. When my husband and I met up with Jessica, she made us both feel at ease, as we've never had our photos taken professionally together before. The tips she gave us made us feel more comfortable and made the photographs turn out phenomenal! I love each and everyone of our photos from our engagement/wedding, but my favorites are definitely the candid ones. Seriously, all my guests can't stop raving about how amazing they came out! I found Ed through WPJA and I was just blown away with his portfolio. One of the things that drew me toward his pictures were the vibrant colors he uses and his brilliant eye for wide landscape shots. I wanted a photographer who would capture the stunning summer colors of the garden and the grandeur that our venue exuded. I reached out to Ed and he worked with my budget. I couldn't believe how reasonably priced he is for his quality of work. Moreover, the final payment is to be submitted a week AFTER the wedding which really helps when all the other vendors are basically due at the same time. He uses the best equipment out there and will hike up a mountain if you need him to, just to get the shot. Ed is very sweet and responsive via email. He answered any questions we had and listened to our vision for the big day. I emailed him a list of the photos I knew I definitely wanted and he took each and every single one. I also had an idea for some photos of the girls and I jumping on the bed with our robes on and he was more than willing to listen and try it out- he even seemed to enjoy shooting it as much as we did! He did not leave our side all day/night, and in the evening pulled us away for some incredibly stunning evening shots by the fountains. He got everyone to smile and look their happiest during our day and left us with roughly 700 beautifully edited photos on a flash drive. All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ed to everyone.
