We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. He had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day, and was very reasonably priced. If you're in a bind or just looking for some general maintenance, we couldn't recommend Lutz Automotive enough!

Apparently tires are one of the commodities that are in short supply due to Covid. We called several places and Lutz's Automotive was able to order a tire for us and have it there the next morning. They were super helpful and very friendly. Their service was outstanding and we felt like they really cared about our issue. Several service technicians jumped in to help change the tire and then they even drove it to make sure everything was set correctly. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars these folks deserve it. After waiting for a kind soul to give him a jump start, he unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late and wasn't able to take his exam. The only good thing about the day was the support he received at Willie's. Becky was incredible--she welcomed him in the moment he arrived.
