After waiting for a kind soul to give him a jump start, he unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late and wasn't able to take his exam. The only good thing about the day was the support he received at Willie's. Becky was incredible--she welcomed him in the moment he arrived. In less than an hour, they had replaced his battery, changed his wipers, and finished an oil change. The team was welcoming, professional, and gave him a great price. I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon and they said it would be ready in a half hour. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I told them to take their time and left my car for the afternoon. A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.

If I really cared about my alloy wheels, I would have been horrified!! The edge of 3 of the rims were severely scraped. Not just a little bit. A LOT. They were about $40 for all four wheels, but I will never bring them any more tires to mount. Thank goodness it wasn't my nice set of wheels. So in my conclusion, Palmers is just another small Vermont auto repair business that is more concerned about speed and money then taking a few extra moment to do something right. They treated my belongings without any respect.

Any time I called, I was told they were working on it, and they'd call me back in two days. They never did, except 32 days later when my car was "ready." Make no mistake: I own the most ordinary, common car ever produced. The collision left my vehicle with only cosmetic damage. It had no mechanical or electronic issues. But when I picked the car up, the repair had so many problems that I had to return the car four times. The door was so poorly aligned that wind blowed through the cabin. The electronic door lock no longer worked. Based on my experience, Xtreme Collision does not have any processes or standards or quality control. The only nice thing I can say is that the owner Adam promised to make it right, and he eventually did. P.S. Their rental car affiliate provided me a car with "all-season" tires (in the winter, in Vermont).

It is almost completely the cheap plastic aftermarket black bumper with no paint on it now. I don't know how they are in bussing as after such bad service from different people I've heard prior and wish I listened and went somewhere else. And to make it worse the business was "switching ownership" when I went back to talk to a manager so they brushed me off saying all that paper work from only a few months prior was buried in an old computer application, etc. and told me would call me to fix and NEVER called after I called many times. Finally got a hold and said could fix in August months later. Why would I want to go back to get the same shitty work done. Poor management. Waste of money and time. Thanks for nothings!
