I was commissioned by an organization to compose a journal for the organization's annual gala/dance. This journal consisted of roughly 52 pages of advertisements and other related materials. The organization used Flatbush Copy in order to print about 250 copies of said journal. I am writing this review to state that these folks really outdid themselves. This journals look and FEEL amazing! The books are truly gorgeous and I couldn't have dreamed my work would look so nice. Flatbush Copy Center and its workers were professional from start to finish. They were very receptive by phone, and they stuck to their promised deadlines. It was super easy to send my pages for the journal. They followed my instructions for the pages almost too well. For more than 20 years, I have been doing business with PATRICK and the Flatbush Copy Center (FCC) team. They have assisted me through corporate events, fundraisers, as well as personal events- happy and sad. Recently, on very short notice, FCC printed a funeral program for me. I have used Staples on Utica Ave a number of times and was not happy with the work or the prices.Looking around the area I was able to find and as I needed printed envelopes, I went in and explained what I needed . I was given a very reasonable price and a date my job would be ready. Everything was finished on time and beautifully done.I just went back again last week and was given another reasonable price for a job . The gentleman who I dealt with (who I think is the owner ) is a pleasure to deal with.Here is a small business that neighborhood people should support instead of the BIG BOX stores. I trusted this store because I had a solid experience with Patrick. As a former NYC Employee Patrick printed all of the work needed for my business for over 12 years. In my current work, My team and I needed support with photos that needed to be in high resolution or 300dpi for Publishing purposes. I suggested that we reach out to Flatbush Copy Center because of my many years of experience with them. So, my new team agreed to submit our work to them. This is the closest UPS Access Point to my apt. This week I missed a package so I went here the next day to collect it. The workers are SO rude. There was one in particular with a really nasty attitude :/ she tried telling me that I needed my slip to collect the missed package when I KNOW from past experience that all I needed was I.D. Her co-worker corrected her and she just walked away as though she was no longer attending to me. My package hadn't gotten to the store as yet and when I went back later in the day, she had the same nasty attitude. I wish I had gotten her name because I would definitely say AVOID this employee of you ever went to this store for any reason. read more

The woman who "assisted" me was standoffish. I came in for color printing. It seemed like she did not want to help as she was dismissive and could not offer a reason as to why I could not print. The service here was poor in my most recent experience. I emailed my document ahead of time & when I arrived I was told that the color copier was unavailable to make my copies. The associate was cordial and took my number in the event that she could accommodate me before closing. Nearly 15 minutes before closing, an email was sent to me stating that copies could be made. I saw this as unfair being that I would have received a phone call immediately, while an email is not always opened right away. I explained this when I called back, but the representative who answered my call (Patrick) uncompromisingly refused to wait a few minutes for me so that I could have copies made. I live in the area, so this is disheartening. I may never go to that store again unless I'm desperate. They are extremely rigid and unreasonable. read more

Andrea was so helpful for me with organizing my program and making sure it printed on the right paper. They were also very helpful in meeting my last minute time crunch! This place is like a hidden gem. I use this company to print tickets and programs for my school's dance recitals. The work gets done on time and is of high quality. There is always some there to take your calls, and emails are responded to promptly. You do not need to go to the big name brand copy centers for your needs. Flatbush Copy Center is great. my visit started off not bad , the previous day i asked the clerk how much would it be for 60copies , she said 6.00. so the next day i come in and ask again for 60 copies but i was handing over 3 sheets of paper. the 2 girls then went to say oh it will be 18$ , i thought u just wanted 60 copies of one page . ( so now i'm confused ) i said to them i need packets of 3 pages for 20 students . they said yes it's that price , but still bumped it down since i was a student to 12$. in the end i had to go get cash bc they don't take card . paid for the copies and of course as my gut told me they didn't understand my request , i now had 60 packets , not 20. moral of the story , if u go here clarify with the associates who clearly don't listen to orders . they couldn't even compensate me in anyway for my lost funds . never going back here. oh one girl wasn't so bad customer service wise but the other had a permanent sour face , ew read more
