I'm a small business owner and I needed a 5-year planner restructured... it was bounded like a book, and I wanted it with a spiral so it could lay flat, and it was only 6"x9"... anyway, I went to one of those big box stores (Staples) and the 2 reps in their print shop were rude, unprofessional, and were basically complaining that the machine they needed to cut down the cover was down and they didn't know how long it would be, and blah, blah, blah... this part of the conversation was AFTER I had taken the book apart and after they told me how much the service was going to be... it was frustrating... anyway, I left still determined to get my planner figured out, so I did what anyone else would do... I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. He did exactly what I needed, plus it came out much nicer than I expected. Please visit local independent shops the next time you need a service. SaveMor is the best. I have been using them for my business printing needs for years. We print marketing collateral, promo cards, business cards, etc. with them. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. This is an incredibly small spot that took personal care to make sure my save the date envelopes were perfect in every way. I live around the corner from SaveMor and have used them several times over the past five years for small things like printing single documents. Recently, though, I was inspired to write this review because I had to print a small personal project that was a little more complicated (like a booklet). I had to go back several times to reprint because of my own mistakes (dripped water on my copies), and the guy helping me was INCREDIBLY patient and professional. Seriously, this man has the patience of a saint and is amazingly good at his job. He was able to catch errors I made during the prep process and corrected them so that the final product would be perfect. Every time I came back, he painstakingly trimmed the edges of each edition down to an eighth of an inch. He seriously treated it like it was his own project and didn't make me feel dumb for having to come back three times! It really elevated my project from something that could have looked a little sad and DIY, to something that actually looked pretty awesome. I can't recommend SaveMor enough. There aren't a lot of places in New York that will take the time to personally ensure your work is solid for a reasonable price. Although I am mortified by the number of times I've shown my face at SaveMor over the last three days, I am very grateful for the excellent job they do. read more

Good service and reliable. They are out of my way as I live in Upper Manhattan and still use them, because their prices and reliability are hard to beat. I have only had one issue with them on an order, were their machines went down and they couldn't deliver on time. Other than that service has been pretty good if you need simple good quality print jobs. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RESOLUTION. I placed a very important order here and in 5 days my flyers had not been in production. To make a long story very short, there were two men here giving me the run-around about whether or not the flyers had actually been printed. In doing this, they ended up wasting a whole day and instead of me getting my flyers sent to me by "MESSENGER" like I stated by email that I preferred they nonchalantly told me it was too late... I was so furious at this point but still wanted to make sure that I was clear that absolutely NOTHING could be done due to lack of urgency and professionalism on their end... their reply was.. "you're absolutely correct".... After years of business with them and plenty of hiccups in the past I have to say today was my last straw!! read more
