Very fair bid and we hired him. Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business. Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain. We noticed a leak. Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it. He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work). He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam. Mike and his service tax are fabulous. I can honestly say in 25 years. I cannot say one bad word about them anytime I needed help. I had a service tech to my place within a day or two. The service techs were always so great about explaining what they were doing and what we could do in the future to make sure that we didn't have problems which brings us to another issue. They just weren't any problems with our machine other than just after 20 years I needed to have needed a little part replaced and the Service tech was so kind to tell us that Culligan come out with a new machine that only regenerated when it needed to, and it wasn't on a time clock like our old one, and that saved us so much money! We loved our new colleague and machine and instead of using a bag or two a month. We were using one bag about every five months because our family was down to just me and my husband and not the kids anymore. I love Kalispell Culligan and we moved to Sanders County and we weren't able to use Kalispell colleague anymore. We needed to use Missoula and I just have to say that Kalispell rocks Mike who runs the store is so kind and helpful. There's just nothing you can't ask him. When we were used in Kalispell Culligan he would always takes time to answer any of my questions if I leave a message he calls me right back. Oh how I miss Kalispell Culligan.
