Fresh cut and good overall service. He was on point with exactly what I was asking for as a haircut. I would definitely recommend to people!

NazuNori is most excellent. Totally recommend…read more I took a friend who kept putting off a haircut because he kept complaining that he didn't like any he's ever gotten, the barbers sucked, yada yada yada. Based on reviews from Eddie's Edition, I picked Nazu. He was super chill & friendly, and took the time to explain what type of haircut my friend should get because of his long face. The end result was my friend's happiness. No more shaggy long hair. Score!

TL;DR : I had a terrible experience…read more I was basically left with an A-line-Bob-shag, after walking in with shoulder length hair. I just wanted to keep some flow and bring the length up. I had to get my hair recut the very next day, as I had a week full of work meetings. The redo haircut was done at another men's salon which is wear I learned there was major issues with the lengths at the back of the head. It was BAD They said it looked like the stylist from Eddie's went too short on his guide and tried to blend it in. In order to even that mistake out, the redo haircut had to be even shorter. After growing out my hair for nearly 10 months... I was left with short hair and paying for two haircuts back to back. I reached out to management for a refund and to let them know what happened; the only solution was to offer a recut with another stylist. I would prefer not to return. Other red flags: 10 minutes late to start Haircut was advertised as 60 minutes and even after starting late, it was less than 30 minutes in and out of the chair. The stylist immediately went into questions about how often I washed my hair and if I liked short hair or long hair better, after I had just explained that I wanted to keep it longer since it was growing it out. He also did not style my hair or suggest any tips on how to style it, and at first I figured it looked good tucked behind ears, but when I got home to wash I could see the major issues in lengths.

I came to the wellness event on Sunday excited to invest in myself and support a space that…read morepromotes healing. I was actually the first person to arrive, but because the event instructions were unclear, I missed out on the wellness activation. Woody acknowledged the confusion, apologized, and told me he would comp the activation to make it right. Unfortunately, that promise was later taken back. I want to be fair because there were things I genuinely appreciated. I really like that this space incorporates wellness and therapy into its mission. I believe in those principles, and I think they're incredibly important. The guys at the shop were also very welcoming, laid-back, and easy to talk to, which made the environment feel comfortable. However, while I appreciate the theory behind wellness, those principles have to be put into practice. Healing, accountability, integrity, and trust aren't just ideas to talk about. They're values that should show up in how people are treated, especially when a mistake has been made. What makes this especially disappointing is that I can't get past the fact that Woody didn't keep his word. To me, your word means everything. It's how trust is built, and it's one of the simplest ways to show respect for another person. Had the original commitment been honored, I would have walked away with a completely different impression. As a Black woman, I don't just look for wellness experiences. I look for spaces where I feel respected, heard, and valued. Instead, this experience left me feeling like my concerns became a low priority. That feeling is difficult to reconcile with a space that promotes healing and care. This review isn't about getting something for free. It's about integrity. When organizations talk about wellness, I hope they also remember that wellness includes accountability, honoring commitments, and making people feel respected when things don't go as planned. I truly hope this experience encourages reflection because I believe this space has a lot of potential. The mission is meaningful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the people I interacted with, aside from this situation, were kind. I just wish the actions had matched the values being promoted.
