Last year and throughout the year the ice cream was amazing. I chose this as my favorite ice cream place. Today we went and it couldn't have been more disappointing. The ice cream was a different consistency- kind of "icy & airy"... not creamy and delicious. I got a marshmallow sundae with vanilla ice cream in the ice cream did not taste vanilla. I don't know why they changed their formula but I will not be going back for quite a while. I will give it a couple months or so and see if they go back to their old formulation of ice cream. Tons of flavors swirled into soft serve (make mine blueberry), multiple dipped toppings (I had sprinkles of course)...essentially the "pineapple whip" trailer from the state fair. There is also food. One of the varieties of frozen treat is billed as "healthy" and has lots of reasons why-fat free, lower glycemic index, high in calcium-but I don't remember all the details. There are food options too-like chili dogs. Interior is small, but the families and groups of friends that were there seemed to be enjoying themselves. We love stopping by here on the way home. The ice cream they use with their flavor swirls is a bit different than the regular soft serve (black raspberry is DELISH). Love it.
