I usually fall asleep when I get my lashes done, but we chatted almost the entire time. The entire process took about 2 hours and she actually almost got an extension on every lash!!! I've had previous lash extensions done at other places where they haven't looked as full and I can see that they missed a lot of my lashes when I use a magnified mirror. Mandy made my lashes look fantastic.... long, full and dramatic just how I like them. I waited a week to do my review, as it takes a few days before I can tell whether or not the lashes were done correctly (I've had previous ones where they look great the 1st day, and either twisted or fell off by the 2nd day). It's been exactly a week since I had them done, and they still look great and I've only had a few fall off. Although I did use an amazon deal, I did look at their normal prices on their website, and have very competitive prices, in my opinion. Their prices are actually a tad bit cheaper than my normal lash place. I will definitely come back here and have already referred my sister to have her lashes done by Mandy.

In the past, I could count on receiving a call or text back promptly. That is absolutely not what I have experienced recently. I went through a devastating medical emergency and was in a coma for three weeks. They were aware of what happened to me. After everything I have been through physically and emotionally, it took a lot for me to finally reach out--and then to be completely ignored for days was incredibly hurtful. I'm not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic courtesy, empathy, and compassion from a business I supported for seven years. I genuinely wonder whether there has been a change in ownership or management, because this does not feel like the same place I once trusted and recommended. When a longtime client reaches out after surviving something so traumatic, a simple response should not be too much to ask. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated.
