I came to see Thu three weeks ago hoping she could fix the pathetic results I had left on my face from getting microblading done at a well known Beverly Hills based brow artists salon. It has been at least two years since I had them done. I still had to use a brow pencil if i wanted ANY shape or fullness! . I did not bother returning for and pay for a "touchup" there was only a faint shadow!! I can honestly say my results thus far (3 wks in) are 98% better than what I got from dropping serious money and gas to have an artist based in LA boasting about celebrity clientele and becoming instagram famous. I did my research prior and maybe my artist was just a one off but within a week my brows were barely visible and they never improved. (No i dont get facials or peels and I have body art so i take special care when a tattoo is healing. Esp on my FACE.) I explained all this to Thu and discussed my realistic outcome which I was good with. I choose to have Ombre Brows done instead because I have always loved that look and it suits my overall style. I was worried it was too aggressive to try the first time even though that's what i wanted. I wanted to wait before sharing THIS review but I am so impressed thus far I had to get this out! NOW!! I will definitely see Thu again for my 5 week touchup! She is gentle, professional and very much an Artist at what she does. She works with you to deliver amazing results. Over a year ago, I had my eyebrows microbladed and shaded by Thu for the first time, and my brows turned out better than I had even hoped! This was one of the best decisions I've made, because my new eyebrows helped frame my face, gave my eyes a subtle lift, and my brows look full and natural yet beautifully shaped. My eyebrows were light blonde and thin before, and you could barely see them unless I filled them in with powder. As recommended, I came in for a touch up following my first appointment, and I followed Thu's aftercare instructions very closely. As a result, it's been almost a year since my last appointment, and my eyebrows still look great. So the important stuff, the eyebrows came out amazing! I wanted to take a picture for this review but my girlfriend won't let me. Just got my eyebrows microbladed and shaded. Thu is fantastic artist. She was ready to go when I arrived. She was very professional and very friendly. After getting temp check out of the way, she asked all the right questions to make sure that she understood what I am looking for. She explained the process and then got started on mapping out the eyebrow shape. She checked with me to make sure that the eyebrows had the shape I was looking for. She made adjustments per my request. She numbed the area and then got started. She checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was comfortable. When she was done I was amazed on how beautiful my new eyebrows looked. She added some brush strokes to the front of the brow per my request. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with the result. She explained the aftercare and answered some of my questions. Overall my experience with her is a A plus in my book.
