Raymond has been doing our carpets semi annually for almost 10 years. He and his lovely wife Anita own Flawless Cleaning Systems. They are both consummate professionals that I have truly come to think of as friends rather than just service people! Raymond's expert knowledge of all types of carpeting and flooring is what makes me say this. Raymond also has the Best Truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment available that he keeps perfectly maintained. We have a high quality nylon carpeting that has fared for so long and looks so great because of Raymonds Expert care. Raymond like myself takes great pride in himself and in his business. He is not the type of Carpet cleaners that I once dealt with in apartment complexes that I maintained....They come in, Soak your carpets and leave without taking the time (or because of lousy equipment) to vacuum as much moisture back out of the carpet as Possible....Leaving you with wet carpets that can sometimes take several days to dry, depending on weather conditions. Raymond did my carpets this past Monday and I was really concerned about how long they would take to dry as my wife has been very ill and I did not want to leave all of the windows and doors open as she would be freezing because of her weakened condition. Raymond went out of his way to insure that he extracted as much moisture as possible so that our carpets would dry quickly. I put fans on the long hallway carpet and was elated to find that after just an hour and a half the carpet was dry. All of the carpet was dry by the end of the day. I had mentioned above that we have high quality nylon carpeting which contributes to how well it cleans.....reason being is that I have a friend that I recommended Raymond to who was not happy because all of the soil was not removed from a hallway that he cleaned. He had explained to her that the carpet was an inexpensive Polyester material which was very difficult to clean and that all of the soil might not come out. It did not, yet Raymond redid it and made every effort to get the soil out, however inexpensive Polyester carpet just does not clean well. Raymond is a through professional yet he can not perform miracles. His professionalism will not compensate for the quality of the carpet he cleans or for carpet that has not been well maintained in between cleanings (I recommend semi-annual cleaning) or have gone way too long between cleanings. No, I am not related to Raymond or Anita, nor am I compensated for the above review......I pay the same reasonable price that you will for a quality job by a professional who is also a friendly, good person and a privately owned, business operator. read more

I made a reservation with a DGcarpet cleaning company a week in advance. Found these guys from their ad in the Sunday paper. The day before our appointment, they called to cancel the reservation and stated that they do not serve our area. Since I already prepped the house by moving furniture, I researched other companies nearby and found Flawless. Raymond answered my call, was able to come over later in the day to provide an estimate. Estimate was good and he cleaned our carpets the following day. I'm so greatful he squeezed us into his schedule. Carpets look and smell great. read more

I finally decided to have our carpets professionally cleaned after 20 years. I went to Yelp and read the reviews and then decided to call Raymond at Flawless Cleaning systems. Boy, did I make the right choice! My off white, 20 plus year carpets look almost new. One of the bedrooms was so bad, I really thought I would need to have the carpeting replaced. All the stains are completely, and I mean COMPLETELY gone! It's been a week now and the carpet still looks fabulous. Raymond even cleaned our couch, loveseat and recliner. The colors are more vibrant and the cushions smell fresh. Raymond is very meticulous in his cleaning method and very detail-oriented. I would highly recommend his service.
