I dont know how to edit this, but I do not live in San Francisco. I live in Monterey. The carpet in my house is about 50 years old. Yes 50. My parents put it in around 1964. It has seen 4 dogs and 2 cats over the years. My mom would walk around with a bottle of ammonia and spray spots that she would see. After years of doing it the carpet became spotted. I texted him right away, and with a couple more questions we booked for the next day! His guys gave a call when they were on their way, and showed up in the time frame I asked for. Very impressed. They were timely, communicative, informative, kind, patient, educated in my stains and positive "determined" attitude. They were quick in cleaning, but did not rush their work. They offered me booties in case I needed to walk around. They left me a spot spray to assist for any future stains. Proactive business and staff. I was looking on Utube for instructions to clean my sheepskin rug. My dog had several accidents' on it. Came across Mike Ferrante's video. I decided to send my rug to him and let a pro do it. I have had this company come to my home at least three times now. He is always punctual, and ready to work. I do not have a lot (an area rug in my living room, and my bed mattress as my dogs sleep with me). Sometimes I have him do my living room recliner.
