Every time I've gone here it's been great but I come today at 5pm & their door says "walk ins welcomed" yet two hours before closing they say they're not taking anyone anymore? All I needed was a trim.... Then I ask, "okay, what about tomorrow?" & without looking the girl says, "oh nothing tomorrow either"?? I get it, it's Friday & y'all probably just want to go home already but maybe change your Friday hours. They weren't even busy. I only saw two people getting their hair done. I had the best experience at Flawless. I called and was helped by the receptionist to book an appointment as a new client. She was super helpful & helped me out. Once I was booked & got closer to my appointment, I was sent messages as reminders & confirmations, as well as a check in for what kind service & hair inspirations I had. After reading ALL reviews both positive and negative, I called to schedule a consultation assuming - if it's scheduled the wait would be minimal. 30+ minutes of what seems like an eternal waiting period for a quick 10 minute consult, I found the need to bring it to the receptionist attention. I am grateful that she acknowledged the timing, and volunteered another stylist, but unfortunately, if we have scheduled appointment and 15 minutes go by its common courtesy to mention it to the potential client, and let them decide if they wish to wait because their time is also important. Laura did my hair and I trusted her to do what she thought would look nice with little direction. I just wanted to lighten my color and roots. Her work is awesome and I drive all the way from Stockton to be seen by her. I also got some dream catcher extensions/Babe extensions from Patty and I love them! I promise if your reading the reviews to see if u should still go with them or go to someone else's Run too someone else I promise they will do better then this place it cost 1000 for just 20 inch i tips that could have been installed so much better for cheaper. Poor service, over priced. I went to have a touch up on my hair. I was charged $120.00 after I was expecting to pay 40+ . Then I was ask to buy the deal, shampoo for $60.00. I was charged total $201.00 They called me to ask for a deposit, for next visit before the visit. I was not happy to pay in advance. Crazy, So I just let her know, I was not happy. I went in for root touch up and you did full hair. I said" then you charged me $80.00 for the shampoo. She the manager said" we charged $70.00 plus you used a card so we charge $5.00+ for the card transaction. So why did you not say at the time at purchase. She said" my roots were 2 inches long. She said" they took pictures and a video shows two inches and I said" send it to me because it was barely one inch. Picture was not sent to me and I was over charge on the shampoo. They credit me $11.00 when it should have been more of a refund. They will not refund the money. I wanted brown hair color and I received black. She decided to match my hair than to do what I ask for, it's 7 days, the dye is still staining my blouses. It's not what customer wants, it's what is easyier for them. Never going back. read more

Unprofessional experience. I contacted one of the ladies to book an appointment for my hair because Ive been seeing on Instagram how amazing they be leaving other influencer's hair over a year ago . The lady who helped me was rude. She told me the next available appointment she had was going to be in many months because she was fully booked. Also that the prices ranged from 2k-3k to have extensions on my hair. She never asked for my phone number, names nothing to put me on the next available appointment all she said was ok well let you know when we have a spot ready. I told my cousin to call the lady for herself the lady asked for her information within 2 months she got an appointment set and told her the price range from $500-1K . So unprofessional and such a scam . If you aren't Instagram famous they treat you like trash. glad i found moedbeauty. read more
