For the record, this review is based on the pedicure and not the business or the massage therapist. We arrived about ten minutes early and our massage therapist was ready and waiting for us. The nail lady, well she came walking in about 10:29 and 59 milliseconds when our appointment is at 10:30. No big deal right? Things happen. I get it. My wife picked me first to get my pedicure. So this lady starts working on my feet and she appeared lost. Almost like she did not know what she was doing. It got to the point where I almost was going to tell her to stop her service because I felt she didn't have the skills to perform a basic pedicure. She would use the regular clippers to clip the corners of my toes. I am no pedi expert but I wouldn't use normal squared clippers for corners. Another irritating thing about my pedicure is the seating. You basically sit on a bench, stick your feet in a small portable tub that lays on some vibrating gadget. I was uncomfortable for sure. So the wife gets done with her 60 minute Massage and the nail lady is still working on my feet. Maybe me you I don't get special colors or polish since I don't wear that stuff. Wow!!!! In the end, this was by far the worst and I mean the worst pedicure I have ever had. I get done with my massage which was good. Wish is was a little bit harder but it was good. My wife was still getting her feet done by the same nail lady. In the end, We walked in at 10:30, and left closer to 2pm. Way too long. The wife hated her pedicure. My wife's exact words, "my four year could paint better nails that her." Ouch!!!! So who is this mystery pedicure lady? I don't know her name but she has been there for one month.

Bliss Salon & Spa is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you walk in, the salon is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Brandi, the owner, does my hair and she is amazing. She always does her best to squeeze me in, even when she has a busy schedule and other clients. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and I appreciate her flexibility and dedication so much!! Instead of refunding me, Angela said she would apply it toward my next appointment, claiming it would count as a "deposit." I never agreed to that, and she never asked for a deposit when booking my next appointment. It was her mistake to forget, and it doesn't suddenly make my overpayment a "nonrefundable deposit." | later canceled my next appointment and politely asked again for the refund, but she refused--continuing to hide behind her "nonrefundable deposit" policy for money that was never a deposit to begin with. Angela chose to keep my money knowing it was an overcharge, which says everything about her professionalism. On top of that, the work itself was honestly really bad. I was embarrassed to even put my hair up because of how it looked. The blending is uneven and patchy, and it just looks unfinished (you can see it in the photo). She did mention I could reach out within a week if I wasn't happy, but she knew I was going out of town for the next two weeks, so that wasn't really an option for me. Definitely not what I expected for the price. Overall just a really frustrating experience.
