First I would say the office is very nice clean and the staff is very friendly. The main person I dealt with was Ester she was very nice and professional. I had Botox and laser hair removal. No issue with the Botox the prices are in the higher side but it's the results that matter to me. I have been very happy with my results with the Botox, however the hair removal was a big expensive disappointment. I purchased a $450 package and it didn't work I was advised to purchased a couple more session as I was "right there" but also was told better to just purchase another package that would be more cost effective and I could always use the extra sessions for touch up. Needless to say that didn't work and when I say didn't work I have hair in every part of my face I had the laser removal. Also it caused me bad acne that I never had before. This would be because you have to shave ur face the day before each session and never failed I would get bumps and pimples, i never shaved my face before this I just used to tweeze which u cannot do during this process . I think what bothered me is I was almost at $1k with this and it was like no big deal that it didn't work. I honestly didn't realize it was my last session until she said come back in 3 wks if u decide to purchase another package. What the heck! So I would say do ur homework I went by my daughter, sister and bf recommended who all had it done and had wonderful results. They didn't have it done at Flawless but a place in Chino Hills idk maybe the machines are better/different but for me this procedure was definitely a waste of a whole bunch of money. Now I have an issue that I have to continue to shave because my whole face can't be tweezed and idk what to do about this constant pattern of shaving bumps and pimples. So yeah do ur homework before having this done. read more

This office has changed in a negative way ever since Dani left. I will share this experience with my sisters so they can also not ever come here again. Customer service goes a long way. I have had excellent experiences at Flawless! I am very pleased with my results. I went in for some Dysport & asked a few questions about fillers. Esther, the nurse is very knowledgeable. She went into full detail answering my questions. Not only is she experienced in what she does; She also speaks very eloquently and has superior table side manner. Esther did not pressure me into anything (sales). I inquired about the volume loss on my face & she suggested techniques that would give me the results I was anticipating. I have had fillers before, however, Esther's recommendations set her apart from other techniques that I have received. Esther is definitely gifted in her field. She made me look 3 years younger maybe 5! If you are considering a liquid facelift Esther is your savior! Esther also takes the time to answer any questions you have. I never once had that "rushed" feeling. In fact, I feel bad because I ask a lot of questions! I like picking her brain! She's smart! She's the gal to request, that's for sure! As far as cleanliness I sat and watched Ruth the manager cleaning up every surface after clients moved from one spot to the next & there was a really nice lady going around constantly sanitizing door knobs. Masks & gloves are enforced & Esther was fully covered like a NASA employee! Flawless is on it! Ruth the manager is great! She's always super nice to me and answers any questions I have regarding prices and let's me know of any specials that are currently running. There is never ever any pressure sales whatsoever and Flawless never makes you feel bad if you opt out of a service. I told Ruth I was saving for a face lift and she said "ok" but guess what, I ended up with a liquid facelift bc of Esters's expertise and let me tell you that I cried when I saw the instant results!!!!
