I went here as a gift from my husband with a Groupon for 20u of botox. I asked for my forehead and 11s. It ended up being 30 units altogether, which was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. August 28 2014 I'm finally getting IPL and Fraxel for my face tomorrow! I am little passed thirty and was skeptical about laser procedures on my skin that this is actually my first time ever to the skin clinic. I researched for many many days and finally ended up at skin perfect brothers. Going over all the reviews, i wished if they could put before review with before and after pictures. I've took a picture of my self to compare after. I'll be having IPL for dark spots on my cheeks and wrinkle under my eyes and Fraxel for large pores on my nose. Yes!! Pore minimizing! ! First of all, instead of Fraxel on the nose and IPL on the cheeks, I had Fraxel on the nose for enlarged pores, fraxel under eys for wrinkles and spectra? on the cheeks for dark spots. When he saw the dark spots on the day of treatment, said it looks lighter than before, that it might be deeper than he thought, he should use spectra but not IPL as lighter ones are usually more deeper. Somepeople could think that he's not an expert changing the decision...BUT I dont!!! Based on the thousands of review that I read, all the docs just proceed w/treatment that he mentioned on the first day of meeting and follow the charts on the day of treatment. But it was different! After reviewing the chart, he looked in to my face and pointing out this and that & how he feel about other treatment that's better for certain spots. Was reminded of this place seeing an old brochure and felt the need to write a review. I still remember when I came here in 2020 or 2021. I came in with an idea of what I wanted to achieve and they recommended procedures where, now that I look back, really reflect how poor their artistic skills were - they didn't consider the whole face and proportions. On top of it they made me feel horrible and made terrible comments about my looks, maybe it was a tactic to lower my self esteem so that I'd be more encouraged to buy their procedures? In any case I hated what they did, they felt bad and only offered me free filler dissolving (lol). Though I've obviously un-did all of their work, to this day in 2024 I still remember this place and get ptsd - it was a very expensive mistake coming here. Another concerned customer reached out to me on here saying she had NERVE DAMAGE and her eye started twitching after her operation. She was also surprised i didnt get a refund because they're paying for her neurologist! My nose still doesnt even look projected. The PDO is still in my nose, hasnt dissolved after almost a year coming up. "[...] we are not perfect" ok so you tell me this now after trying to convince me you have years of experience and know what you're doing? In a room full of people, NOBODY WARNED ME OF MIGRATION. If it was risky to add fillers, why did you offer the free fillers to fix it? At this point, the most justifiable thing to do is to give me a refund for the most expensive horrible nose job.
