This included discussing sexual acts he likes versus dislikes and asking invasive questions about my sex life with my partner. These were not comments that would be appropriate in any setting, especially not from someone providing a professional service while I was alone in a vulnerable environment during a procedure. The interaction crossed major personal and professional boundaries to the point that I no longer felt comfortable or safe. His behavior felt predatory to me, and I ignored my instincts after the consultation and deeply regret returning for the appointments. After my experience, I discovered that other women had publicly described similar uncomfortable interactions with him in past reviews from many years ago, which made me even more concerned that this may not be isolated incidents. I recently took my son here. I was very impressed. I unexpectedly had to take PTO from my job. I…read morehad my appointment scheduled out a couple months, but let the reception know that I was off a handful of days and could come very last minute. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I certainly appreciated the level of empathy that she had. I previously had my son scheduled at Apollo Dental. It was so awful of an experience that we did not even make it to the appointment. Based on the way that I was treated rudely I cancelled the appointment and called Rochester Pediatric. My son is 2 and I was allowed to go back with him. (This was his first visit.) He sat in my lap and then he laid his back in the dental hygienist's lap. Dr. Jones also did this. Their facility is brand new, my son was very interested in all of the toys that they had. I'm hoping that with time my son won't be upset with appointments. Dr. Jones was also able to give me tips for brushing his teeth. I also appreciated that the calendars weren't out four or five months out.
