We haven't actually seen a physician in over two years. The receptionist is incredibly rude and difficult to work with to schedule appointments. She will insist on a certain appointment time and inform you that you must be there at a promptly at time if you expect to be seen only to wait 45+ minutes to be put in an exam room. This is a consistent problem that has not been rectified. Unfortunately, this group has the local market cornered on state insurance and patients are reluctant to seek a new physician, regardless of frustration level.
