When I initially joined, the customer service, communication, scheduling, and quality were consistent and professional. Recently, however, all of those areas have declined. Scheduling has been repeatedly overlapped at multiple locations. I was made to feel uncomfortable to the point that I chose to drive 30 minutes to another location instead of the one only 10 minutes away--only to experience the same overlapping scheduling issue again, despite booking my appointment 2.5 weeks in advance. Overall, my experiences with Milan have historically been very positive. While there were some recent changes that impacted my experience, my visit to the Irving location and my conversation with Brittany from the Resolution Team reaffirmed the high level of quality and customer service I've come to expect. This particular location did not reflect the consistency I've experienced in the past; however, the Irving team demonstrated that the standard of care and professionalism is still very much present. I would recommend Milan, as the consistency and quality remain strong.

Originally, I had purchased a Groupon, but when I booked my services, the owner explained that she could provide a better price structure than what Groupon offered. So, she was already providing excellent customer service before I walked in the door. The salon is exceptionally clean, well appointed, parking is easy, and it is easy to find. I was able to book an appointment the next day. Rosy was my colorist and stylist. To say that she is a magician with hair would be an understatement. I have curly hair that can be complicated for some stylists. My color to cover my roots absolutely spot on and flawless with the rest of my hair, and blended beautifully with my natural highlights. Because I have Auburn hair, I have seen some pretty scary results with blindingly. Bright roots look hideous. That was absolutely not the case at this salon. My color is perfect. Rosy was also able to cut my hair with a dry cut. This is always my preference because I want to see what the length will be when my hair is dry. Her cut was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too dramatic, but everything was cut off was necessary. My hair looks the healthiest. It has looked in years. I also included a Brazilian blowout. This is the first time I have done that, and I am incredibly impressed. Rosy explained the process and the maintenance to me, and it looks phenomenal. The salon owner provided me with the deep conditioning treatment to use when I wash my hair in a few days, and reiterated the process and expectations for a Brazilian blowout. When trying a new salon, things can be anxiety producing. That was absolutely not the case at Karizma. The entire experience was wonderful. Rosy is amazing and I will return!
