I've had the privilege of training with Dywane, and it's honestly on a completely different level than anything I've done before. He brings the eye and discipline of an IFBB Pro, but delivers it in a way that feels very personalized, genuinely encouraging, and actually sustainable.
On top of his technical skill, Dywane is truly one of the greatest person I've ever met. He's relentlessly hard working, shows up with a consistently positive attitude, and somehow is always the light in the room, no matter how tough the day or the workout is. You can feel that he genuinely cares about the people he trains.
From day one, he took the time to really understand my goals, my training history, and any limitations, so every session had a clear purpose. His programming is structured and intentional, he's always watching form, making tweaks, and explaining the why behind each movement, which is huge for both safety and long-term progress.
What stands out most is his presence as a coach. He knows exactly when to push and when to pull back, so you feel challenged but never judged. The culture he creates is serious about putting in work, but still positive, respectful, and motivating.
One of my favorite things to see is how he works with the baseball team he trains. Pushing them to their limits and holding them to a high standard, demanding effort and focus, yet they clearly respect him and respond to him. With all those kids in the gym, he still commands the room with total control, energy, and leadership.
I recommend him to anyone who's truly serious about changing their life, He is the best coach I ever had. read more
