Giving the highest rating for my spray tan! I have been tanning for years, and have done every kind of spray tan treatment to cover my whiteness. The tan I received was super even, and lasted 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, it began fading, and getting somewhat spotty--but this was a huge success for me (most tans I have found get to that point only after a couple of days). I got hair colored Mid October by Kathleen. Left the shop feeling uneasy about the color because it was darker than what I expected, but was told "it was because of the toner" so I decided to wait it out. When the color faded, I was left with a mess! Roots not blended/melted and brassiness and blotchy color. When I contacted her, she insisted on having me come in to get it toned. I left with my hair "toned" so what difference would that make? All I wanted was a thorough explanation but I was just getting pushed to go in to get it tone. After days of being ignored, I told her I was no loner interested in getting it tone and would like a refund to a certain extent. She refuses to give me a refund. I spent almost $200!!!! I'm not sure about everyone else that does business there but I don't recommend going to this shop if you have hopes of getting any type of refund. Apparently they will mess up your hair or whatever it may be and refuse to give you any money back! What a complete ripoff! Tried contacting the shop owner, but no response. I guess it's okay to rip people off and take their money. read more

I was getting ready to take my engagement photos when I realized how desperately I needed a tan. With no time to lay out, and no desire to fake and bake, I sought out for a great custom tan that I could trust. Once again, the loyal Yelpers delivered unto me, Keli at Flawlous Allure Beaute. Starting from the first phone call to make my appointment, Keli made me feel at ease about getting a custom spray tan. She was very informative and quick to answer any questions I had regarding my upcoming appointment. She was always just a quick text away. Until recently, I had only received a spray tan once and it was one of those "car wash" spray tans that came free from California Sun Center waaaaaay back in the day when I laid in those harmful tanning beds. Let me tell you, that spray tan experience was NOTHING like the one I received from Keli. The website is VERY informative as to the care of your tan, from the pre-tanning sugar scrub to what clothes to wear after your tan, all the way to the care of your tan after your appointment. The day of my tan I was actually running SUPER late and the traffic was NOT helping my situation. I text Keli, worried that she may have a 'tude or cancel my appointment, but received the complete opposite response. She was very understanding and even told me to drive safely, insuring that I would still get my tan in that day. After my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process was relatively quick and I really appreciated how Keli walked me through every step. This was helpful in both putting my concerns and questions at ease as well as an informative way of knowing what was going on. Although I had a couple worrisome moments that night after my tan, and some scary moments later that night (that bronzing powder is deceiving and makes you look a little cracked and streaked) I stayed faithful to her post-tan instructions. The next morning I continued to follow Keli's advice and the after-tan care, and ended up with a beautiful, natural looking tan that looked great with all my engagement outfits.
