There were several concerns. The vials I received were not filled to the dosage specified on my doctor's prescription. I take some responsibility for not catching this initially, as I was new to the program and was more focused on my questions about injections than on verifying the dosage, assuming it had been prepared correctly. The following month, there was again an issue with the prescription and dosage. I was initially told that the vials had already been filled at the prescribed amount. There were 2 different pharmacies used and when I questioned the dosage in the vials (looked the same), the explanation changed to indicate that I had actually been given a higher concentration. The lack of consistency and clarity was concerning. They whited out the wrong dose and wrote in the correct. My second appointment consisted of waiting at the desk after driving 45 minutes to get there. I was also surprised that there was no blood work, blood pressure or meaningful monitoring of my progress. They did not track my weight loss - or not - as part of the program. I was essentially left to monitor and report things myself, which made the experience feel like little more than an online provider with a local storefront. Given the medication involved, I expected greater attention to accuracy, dosage, monitoring, and follow-up. After two months, I did lose some weight but decided the program was not providing the level of oversight or confidence I was looking for and chose not to continue.
