I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Skin by Carmen. I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance, only to have it completely disregarded and moved 3 times in a 24 hour time span. That in itself was frustrating, but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and move forward. After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin--but that message never came. Since then, I've been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one has had the courtesy to respond. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up--especially when it concerns someone's skin and health--is completely unacceptable. I see Juliet's about every 5-6 weeks, and it has been the only treatment I've ever gotten where people actually notice and comment that I have a 'glow' or that my skin looks 'radiant'. I had a salicylic peel with carmen and would i recommend her? No. I did not feel pampered at all. The chemical peel took less than 15 minutes. When Carmen told me to go ahead and change within 3 minutes she was knocking on the door asking me if i was done yet. I think she has so many clients so she does not provide any personal attention to you since she's in such a hurry to finish get the $ from you and cater for the next client.
