No big deal but they did push my appointment back a couple times day of. The location itself is pretty small and the two beds are located in one room separated only via curtain. So if the comings and goings of other guests will disturb you, beware this might not be for you. Plus I felt that the employees could have explained the procedure a bit better- they walked me into the room and did not explain the level of undress needed. I had to ask how much to remove. They didn't even offer a few minutes of privacy to undress and the initial exchange was rather awkward. I think a little more customer service up front would go far. However, I really did enjoy the actual service and thought the pros outweighed the cons. Once the head spa began I really felt such a state of zen. The few bits of background noise became totally drowned out for me and I was able to relax. The products used in my hair all smelled lovely and felt quality. Plus the massage portion was great! The 60 minute services feel affordable at $80. Some competitors in Orlando are charging nearly double so this feels do-able on a more regular basis. Next time, I think I'll make this a girls day and come with a friend as sharing the space with someone I know would be a bit more comfortable. It was a pain to get a reservation though. Every time I called and gave a date I was available, it was booked. I finally got a reservation on the fifth try. This was an amazing experience! The experience starts with a scalp massage and wetting your hair. Then the therapist washes your hair and gives another massage. Then it's a rinse, and time for conditioning. The treatment ends with a stretch, steam bath, then a final massage and Reiki sound bowl healing. Everything was very relaxing and wonderful! It's exactly as I expected it would be! This was an amazing "treat yo'self" experience!

She really took care of my neck issues and I found out she went to school where I used to work, so I know she learned from the best!
