Sadly, Automotive has gone down hill. Roxanne is the only one I would respect and trust in interacting with! Nicole needs some serious interpersonal skills and should not be working the counter! I arrived in Antigo late in a weekday afternoon. My car was making a terrible noise and something was obviously wrong. I saw Fleet Farm nearby and knowing they had an auto service center, I pulled in. It was 4:47 pm and they closed at 5 pm. I was greeted kindly and they immediately looked at my car. As I suspected, there was a problem with my brakes. They stayed past closing time to order the parts, and the mechanic (Ryan) said he would come in an hour early the next morning to do the work. I arrived the next morning, Ryan was there and fixed my car. I was so appreciative, as I am from out of town and I was able to get my work done in the area as planned and get home. Everyone there was super friendly and amazingly helpful. If I lived in Antigo, Fleet Farm would be my go-to place for my car. read more

I tried to post this on Fleet Farms Facebook page, it is under review. So I am sure it won't be made public, so I will share it where it can be public. On Sunday 9/24/18 I was traveling through Antigo, WI and got a flat tire almost right in front of the Fleet Farm there. I was over an hour from home. I pulled in frantic, because I do not know how to change a tire. I walked into the tire and auto center with my 6 year old daughter. Explained my situation to the service rep who was at the counter. She said I would have to discuss it with Jessie. I waited about 15 minutes for Jessie to be free. When she was I walked to the counter and explained I was over an hour from home, and knew no one in the area. She did not even go look at my car to see if I had a spare or what could be done. She exclaimed I would be waiting hours for someone to even have the time to look at my car and that I should go to Walmart for service. Even after I told her my car was not driveable. She was rude and condescending. An elderly customer heard her comments and offered to take me over to Walmart to get assistance. I was on the phone with Walmart when another customer came out and said I had left my debit card on the counter. He also said he would come out to put my spare on as he heard how rude Jessie was. It was 10 minutes start to finish this man took out of his Sunday to help me. While your paid employees were laughing and acting like jerks. I am a retail store manager, if she were my employee she would not have a job today. I was there because I had an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. She had none. I know I need 4 tires, I will be getting them. But not at Antigo Fleet Farm. I am so disappointed in the customer service. And just to add, the Walmart employee I had been speaking with was willing to send one of his technicians over, just to change my tire for me, at no charge, as he would not want his wife, mother or anyone to be stranded away from home, especially with a young child. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Their website said they had stock of an item... everyone I talked to said it was in sporting goods, after searching sporting goods and the whole store two or three times I pulled it up on my phone, asked a man in a white shirt... the white shirt is supposed to symbolize some sort of importance though he was the rudest out of everyone I talked to... only one girl in sporting goods actually assisted by going out to the warehouse herself and getting the product we wanted to purchase. Thank you to her and shame on the rest of you. Especially the jerk in the white shirt who wasn't doing anything important but moving carts around when I approached him.... overpaid cart pusher. read more

A great place to shop at. I camp in the area with Boy Scouts and I have always been able to find what I need here. The staff is nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable. I never have had a problem parking here either. read more

99% of my visits to Fleet Farm at enjoyable and I find what I need. The employees are helpful and friendly. Today I stopped in to find a new tackle box. I found one on clearance, a $40 yellow price tag was below the item. I read the tag to make sure it was for the item i wanted. The original price was not listed. As I was checking out the scan tag was not on the tackle box. The clerk asked someone stocking shelves to help. She pulled out a cell phone and began searching for the tackle box. I mentioned to both that the yellow clearance tag was on the shelf, $40. The one searching her phone looked at me and continued to search her phone. She decided to call sporting goods. The person from Sporting goods pulled out her phone and began searching. I mentioned the clearance price and tag I found on the shelf. She also disregard my suggestion and continued to search her phone. She did find the tackle box for $56.00, I mentioned again the clearance price. I could have walked back to the shelf pulled the tag and return in less than two minutes. Its surprising that one of the three helping me didn't think of this. They probably didn't believe me. I politely asked to finish the transaction without the tackle box. read more

Love the fleet farm stores for their wide variety and price points. However, this particular store in Antigo has the worst customer service. The staff needs training in sense of urgency ( everyone at desk standing around doing nothing) and yet none can help. We bought a log splitter ( not a cheap item), and the process to get that done at the front desk was a joke. Never again at this store. Don't say you weren't warned..... read more

Stopped by here in Jan 2016 to get new tires. Was very pleased with their service and professionalism. Folks were very friendly and answered all my questions. I live in Missouri and only wish my local dealer was as good as these people. read more
