    This is a mixed review. For my fiancé she got great treatment. She was fitted and he explained her results showing her everything on the iPad. He spent well over an hour with her. Five sets of shoes to try on etc. However, I feel like a lot of time was wasted. The salesperson kept stopping to listen to other conversations around the store. He even said I'm nosy. At one point he was answering his text on his Apple Watch from his mom who he said was In Disneyland. He also made a comment that he's pretty cocky because he can fit someone by just seeing them walk. I could careless if your nosy. If your mom is at Disneyland. I'm coming in to get fitted and buy shoes. She ended up choosing a pair he didn't recommend. My turn. I asked if I could get fitted he said sure. I did it and he disappeared. When he returned he didn't bring g the iPad. In fact he didn't know where it was. I was curious what my results were but he didn't show me anything. He indicated that he remembered numbers and threw them at me like I should just understand. Okay. He said you need a wide shoe which I knew because I have gout and Bunyan's. He came out with one pair. Maybe that's all I had to choose from but it was a 1/2 size smaller than what I wear. Now... he preached to my fiancé that she need room to breathe in her shoes. That buying a bigger size is the way to go. But for me, he tries ti squeeze me in a shoe that doesn't fit. It's too tight and clearly he knows nothing about gout and the pain that comes with it. I can't be in a shoe that squeezes my feet. I told him that. Eventually he said he could get the same shoe in Stockton as 10 1/2. That's the size I need. The last pair I bought was that same size and brand from this store. Today I got two paid of shoes and an insert in Stockton. $366. I knew it would be pricey but I'm ok with that. I really felt like I got bad service. My fiancé was taken care but it took way to long with all his distractions. There really isn't a lot of other options in this area to get what I need. I really have mixed feelings on this store now.

    Stopped by yesterday afternoon to pick up some new running shoes. They had a great selection & all of the brands I was interested in trying on. Donovan was very helpful and patient with me as I tried on 6 (maybe more) pairs of shoes. He was very knowledgeable on each brand and was able to find what best fit my needs coming off an injury and increasing mileage. I walked out happy and confident with my purchase that happened to be on sale also, which is a plus. Thanks Donovan!

    Very helpful and super friendly!!! Went there w my son which is very shy and they were great with him. I highly recommend them.

The shoes we were about to go to dinner and I was outside making sure the car was in good condition tire pressure fluid all lights work so I heard him I turned around and he was dress nice with the new shoes so he walked out to the front of the garage. It was about time to go, we got in the car and drove away one block when he mentioned to me that the shoes really hurt his feet. They're too tight. Oh I thought about was here we go turned around went back. Luckily he had a pair of shoes he put on, but the shirt didn't match the shoes so he landed up putting the shirt that I bought him with the person shoes from WSs and I've always taught him leave the tag on to you make sure it fits and you like it. What does his kids do the first thing rips off the tag van tries on the shirt and that was too tight. I could've strangled that kid. So here I go to return it first look the white shoes look very nice but the bottom of the shoes had dirt on them like a lot just enough to know that it's been worn with a little tiny pebbles stuck in between I felt so embarrassed, so I was told to clean them as good as I can and bring back After I told him what happened luckily, the shirt was brand new they just attach the tag back that was on for maybe less than 10 seconds tops later on I did go back with the shoes after myself clean them. I have close to 40 years on cleaning shoes experience and they came out immaculate. It was basically dust that was surface. I will definitely 100% be going back shopping in referring people there are good product merchandise. But everywhere I have stuff like that, but what separates them from everybody else is there customer service there are real people working there . In today's times it is very hard to find a business that offers. Excellent service believe me I know I've been around a long, long time. I remember the good all days.

They have awesome selection of shoes, it's so awesome because we don't have to go to far down the street for real, brand name shoes. Averaging from nikes, converse, vanz. The girls selection on boots and sandals is really really cute too..but if you are big foot like I am, it's hard to find your size..and then to find a worker is even harder. So I went in today to find a pair of boots, and I found the cutest boots!! and that too for such a good price ! Another pro, the boots and their prices are amazing, anyways! so My size wasn't there for the boot that I wanted and I asked a lady who worked there and she was very nice but her little computer said that there is 1 left in my size.....and...! she couldn't find it, which is why I said the store is a hot mess. Then I try to place an order for the boots, as an employee said I could...and they wouldn't let me place it!! why? because it was less then 20$ and because it was 16.98 and not 16.99. Made no sense to me at all. If i am a paying customer and I willing to pay for the shoes upfront. Why are you turning me away?? Annoying! Anyways I ended up ordering them through the website. So I win!

She started shopping and as I returned with the box of shoes I walked toward the back of the store to give it to my fiancé. I was approaching her I heard someone saying sir... sir... I turned and it was Savannah. She asked if I was returning those and I said my fiancé was. She then reached for them and said I can hold these up front. I said wait, Jen she wants to take these and then she said I need to hold them up front. I was very confused on my she needed to take something away that we owned. Ok. It's not the policy of holding them up front. That's fine,but this girls demeanor and tone made me feel like I did something wrong. Those shoes in my hand we already bought and owned. Yes we were going to return them but where does it say in the store that I must hold them at the front desk? She made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I really think this is a teachable moment. At no point during the time when she confronted me nor when we checked out purchasing two more pairs of shoes was she even friendly or apologetic. I could have easily gotten upset with her but it wasn't worth it. She was having a bad day clearly and made me think that going back to this store is not worth it.
