I knew of a place (Howard Prep in Ceres, Ca) that helps out young adults with mental and physical disabilities, and he donated the machine to Howard Prep. Not only did he donate that piece of equipment to help the disabled, his knowledge to help me select other pieces of equipment to develop a great program for these individuals with mental disabilities is phenomenal. He assured me that he would give me the best price for additional equipment to stay within my budget to create a great experience for Howard Prep. Chris is a man with integrity, family valleys, and working for the community. We need more people like him in this world.

They proceeded to tell me the scan machine said I wore a size 10. Whoa, I been wearing a size 9 my entire life except when buying from china and they only have half sizes. So I have wore some size 9 1/2 before but a 10? Lady helping me says "let me just get some 10's and if you don't like them you can fire me". Well, I'm pretty sure this is a waste of time but go ahead. Size 10 on my foot and there 3/4" from my big toe to the tip of the shoe and I got 1/2" side to side. The shoe was like I was gonna be participating at the circus! lol. SO I said no, lol, I'm not interested in a size 10. She went into the spill of how I wouldn't receive the warranty bla bla bla. Im like I'm just here to buy a shoe I wasn't looking for a warranty or a new size. She grabbed the shoes and we sorta went our separate ways. Im sure had I requested certain shoes at a certain size they would have done it but I was kinda put off already so we just left. I did go to the Sacramento location and it was great. I did come back to the Modesto location to return some items from Sacramento and they were very good assisting me.

There was a pair of shoes and shirt that I purchased for my nephew (teenager) Oh brother, you know…read morehow they can be. The shoes we were about to go to dinner and I was outside making sure the car was in good condition tire pressure fluid all lights work so I heard him I turned around and he was dress nice with the new shoes so he walked out to the front of the garage. It was about time to go, we got in the car and drove away one block when he mentioned to me that the shoes really hurt his feet. They're too tight. Oh I thought about was here we go turned around went back. Luckily he had a pair of shoes he put on, but the shirt didn't match the shoes so he landed up putting the shirt that I bought him with the person shoes from WSs and I've always taught him leave the tag on to you make sure it fits and you like it. What does his kids do the first thing rips off the tag van tries on the shirt and that was too tight. I could've strangled that kid. So here I go to return it first look the white shoes look very nice but the bottom of the shoes had dirt on them like a lot just enough to know that it's been worn with a little tiny pebbles stuck in between I felt so embarrassed, so I was told to clean them as good as I can and bring back After I told him what happened luckily, the shirt was brand new they just attach the tag back that was on for maybe less than 10 seconds tops later on I did go back with the shoes after myself clean them. I have close to 40 years on cleaning shoes experience and they came out immaculate. It was basically dust that was surface. I will definitely 100% be going back shopping in referring people there are good product merchandise. But everywhere I have stuff like that, but what separates them from everybody else is there customer service there are real people working there . In today's times it is very hard to find a business that offers. Excellent service believe me I know I've been around a long, long time. I remember the good all days.

The "1 day deals" are a great value, priced even below sale prices. Only on one occasion did I NOT find the item I was looking for. I've also been out of town during the 1 day sale and called in to management asking if they could hold the price for me. On both occasions, they eagerly accommodated me. I've read the negative reviews in previous months and my only comment is, either these reviewers overly exaggerated their experiences or, this store has really turned things around so far as customer service is concerned. Believe me, I am a savvy shopper and do not tolerate poor customer service. I give this store 5 stars and highly recommend this Ceres, Ca. Big 5 business establishment!
