And every year I leave with another fabulous pair of shoes or boots that I don't know how I lived without. Great brands, great service with staff that know their shoes and boots. The salesman began by having me stand on a 3d foot-scanner to get a digital image of my feet. Sounds gimmicky, but it has practical value. The salesman immediately saw that I'd need support for the arch on the right foot. As a result, he brought a couple different inserts out with the shoes, so I could test them out when I walked around the store. Another thing: FF carries shoes in my size - 15. Size 15s are tough to find in stores. I typically have to order them by the mail. Since I can't try them on in a store, I typically have to send them back. Even better, FF had size 15 Hoka shoes. There's no shoe in the world that can make my sixty-eight-year-old feet feel completely comfortable. But Hoka shoes get closer than other brands - even the Pearl iZUMi and New Balance shoes I've had luck with in the past. Finally, FF's sales people are pros. They know their business. They're friendly and considerate. And they want to get a fitting right. They allow the customer as much time as they need to try on shoes, walk around, then try on other pairs.

Awesome customer service from Joe Frost! I wear Kuhl pants for work and was looking for a specific…read moretype of pants they make. Three other shops in town, on Front street, carry Kuhl brand clothing and none of them would order the pants for me. I walked in and talked to Joe about ordering them and "No problem!" was the response I got. He ordered them for me on the spot. The next day our flight department, was told to relocate to Florida for the winter a week early. I walked in to talk to Joe about not being in town to pick the pants up and he offered to ship the pants to me, free of charge! Additionally, I spotted a blue Kuhl pullover that I had purchased in grey a few days earlier in another store. I had also asked this store if they could order it for me in blue and got another "No" response so I purchased the grey one. I talked to Joe about this also and he asked if I'd worn it yet which I had not. He said, "Bring it in, I'll exchange yours for a blue one." Again, awesome! Thanks Joe. My oldest son has flat, wide feet and constantly struggles with finding a shoe that fits appropriately and is comfortable for a 12hr shift. The sales associate fit him with the perfect shoe. She was very knowledgeable when it came to foot issues such as flat feet, bunions, and hammer toe. She made sure to show him the shoes that were best for his condition. She also fit my husband and I with the perfect shoes while my 3yr old bombarded her with questions and my 1yr old was screaming. She never rushed us and never got flustered.
