Terrible experience for a wedding and rehearsal dinner. This company did almost everything they could to try and ruin our big day. Rehearsal dinner- the bus driver missed the restaurant and got the bus stuck down a narrow street. Our priest and the best man had to direct traffic, forcing cars to back down a hill back onto K Street. We were late for the dinner and I'm not sure traffic in Gerogetown has recovered yet. Wedding day- driver hits a parked car in front of the church dropping off the groom's party. They forgets to go to the hotel and pick up the bridal party. Wedding started late. Guests were left wondering. After the reception- we booked a black car to take us back to the hotel. They sent a bus, then it left without any passengers and the car never showed up. We took an uber instead. Now it's been over three months. They promised refunds that have not materialized. They actually charged my credit car again for some mysterious reason and have now stopped responding to emails and calls from us and our wedding planner. Terrible experience. I've used fleet transportation to book a river tubing trip for the past three years. They are very quick to provide rates and they have very competitive rates. I booked a 32 person bus, and they worked with me to accommodate my guests and the rate for which I was charging each person to keep it affordable. Unfortunately none of their busses smaller than the 55 person charter bus offer a restroom, which inevitably leads to long bathroom breaks for a large group, which leads to longer charter times / more $. I made my reservation online after first filling out the form for an estimate of the costs and once realizing it was pretty cheap got the paperwork starting. I contacting one of the salesman and asked if I could have a contract drafted for my date. He sent me the contract which had the wrong time and number of passengers. So I emailed him back asked for a revised contract which was promptly sent to me. I signed it and gave my credit card information and emailed it back to the salesman. He quickly responded with "Thanks so much, I'll send you a confirmation by tomorrow". Well tomorrow came and went, so did the next and so on and so on and after a little over a week I assumed he must have forgotten to email it to me so I contact the salesman asking for my confirmation and he sends me another contract asking for my signature. Now he never explained if he lost it, or if he thought I never filled one out but I told the salesman I had already sent a signed contract to him and was waiting for my confirmation. He apologizes saying not to worry. Another week goes by and nothing has been sent to me, so I email him yet again asking for the confirmation. The very next day a third blank contract is my in inbox along with a note saying how he is very confused by the situation. So I call the company and ask to speak with the same salesman and after explaining how the situation looks from my point of view he just keeps repeating "okay, you don't have to sign anything", and I all I could say was "this is unprofessional" well the salesman just kept telling me "I don't know what to tell you". So I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me he WAS the supervisor. I immediately ask to cancel my reservation and ask if that can be sent to me in writing. The one saving grace from this place is that my cancellation email was sent within 3 minutes of getting off that phone. If they had been that quick to send me other things none of this would have happened. read more

Excellent ride - on time to meet us at the airport and provided us with a relaxed drive to our destination.

We used Fleet for our wedding day transportation. We hired two vehicles -- one SUV to take the bridal party to the venue and one 32-person mini bus to take people from hotels and venue and back again. On time, responsive, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The only reasons they don't get 5 stars are that 1, on weekends you can't talk to a knowledgable staff person on the phone and 2, they're too expensive for things like airport transfers. read more

I scheduled a 32 passenger bus to take me and a bunch of my friends out for a dinner and then a night at TopGolf. The bus was new, super clean and plenty of storage in the back for the clubs. Our driver was on time and very nice. They utilize some software so your getting updates with arrival etc... Not needing to worry about the logistics made my night and the rest of the gangs night more fun. We all got home safe. This is my 3rd time using them. Looking forward to having another opportunity to use them again. read more

I had an issue with one of their drivers that almost made me crash. The manager by the name of Tony Polk blamed me instead and said it was my fault. He used words so out of context that I don't even this he knows the meaning their meaning. He is very rude and he is the reflection of the employees he has and his driver is capable of killing someone on the road. Instead of acknowledging that he has dangerous employees and try to investigate, he says he hires only the best of the best. She almos hit my passenger side with my son inside because she did not want to let me merge to the lane. Notifying that company of an incident is like telling the you are sorry you wrong because he is right. read more

Used these guys for wedding day transportation back in October 2011 and had a great experience. There was traffic on the day of, but the buses with our guests still managed to show up on time. Booking was easy and pain free. This was one vendor that never gave me any headaches! read more

Fleet transportation did my transportation for the wedding day. I found that many transportation companies have long minimum times, but Fleet was very flexible. They did transportation to and from the ceremony and then left and came back to take us away from the reception. They prices were very reasonable as well. The driver was on time, very professional and flexible. We ended up leaving the reception nearly an hour after we were supposed to, but he never got impatient and was nothing but kind to us. I hired Fleet to provide a 55 passenger bus, a 24 passenger bus, and 3 sedans for my wedding. The sales rep was generally helpful, and Fleet transportation had the best price among the vendors I evaluated. The day before the wedding, they called to confirm times and sent information for individual drivers. Unfortunately, execution on the day of the wedding was very poor. Both the 55 passenger and the 24 passenger buses got lost getting from the church to the reception site. Guests did not arrive until around 5:30 for a reception that started at 5:00 pm. (Dinner was to start at 6:30 pm.) The driver that drove my wife and me to the reception was not waiting outside the church but was parked elsewhere so we had to call him. He got there quickly after I called but the last thing I wanted to be doing on my wedding day was fumbling on my iPhone to find a number to call the driver. The driver then proceeded to take Route 1 (ceremony was in DC and reception in Alexandria at Woodlawn), which he claimed was just as fast as I-395/95. But anyone who knows the area knows that dealing with those lights on Route 1 on a Saturday is not faster than I-395/95. This resulted in us also not getting to the reception until after 5:30 pm. Lastly, the driver who picked up me and my wife at the end of the night called for directions because he too got lost. Lastly, I was charged an additional $300 for bus clean-up (let's just say one of the guest had a little too much to drink). I have no problems with paying for the clean-up, but do think it was excessive. May sure you comparison shop on this point since things like this do happen at such celebratory events.
