She made an error on her phone of the hotel address and after making a U-Turn told me it was my fault it was wrong. She handed me her phone and I entered the hotel address myself and she proceeded to try to drop me first at the wrong hotel (only 1/2 off) and then at a corporate office building (only .1 of a mile off). Luckily, Kevin saved my head from completely exploding when he located my glasses, which were "sitting right there when I opened the door."

It turns out the driver claims that a new pay system was installed in the taxi, but he admitted he didn't know how to use it for credit card payment?!?!? WHAT??? He asked if I could just pay cash...I wasn't prepared to pay cash, and wouldn't have even I could. Felt very much like I was being scammed. Eventually, we got payment worked out, but he had the audacity to ask for a tip on top of all of the hassle! Horrible experience all around this time, will NEVER use them again.

The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

Most fortunately, my car arrived promptly at 0800hrs and I ensured to have all of my bags near the door to prevent any delays. My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented. If I ever need a ride to the Dulles Airport I will definitely utilize this establishment.
