She called the office and asked for a emergency appointment and they told he no.. the dr from the urgent care even spoke to them and said is a emergency and she was told no. My daughter was told they would call this morning and never did, when she called today they told her the dr isn't taking emergency appointments. Now that we told them how we feel and we are doing to tell everyone how she was treated they are concerned and want my daughter to come in. Its to late for that since she had to go to the hospital for treatment. This is the last time she will ever call any of there offices. Beware of SightMD.

I know the doctors are great - I've been there, my friend Marty at Trapp originally recommended them. It would probably take one quick look for them to explain what is going on. They have three doctors and no appointments until the end of October. I've already been to urgent care and they couldn't help me. 'Said to see an ophthalmologist... Because of the clouding of the eye lens, over time I had lost clarity of vision. After a few consultations, Dr. Yeroushalmi reassured me that with the multifocal intraocular lens I would regain vision for distance, intermediate and near. The surgery was a success---I'll go so far as to say, it was a ocular phenomenon! As a person who always had reading glasses at-the-ready, I no longer need them. My distance vision has improved immensely. The vision in my right eye is back to what it was when I was a youngster 20/20. I would highly recommend Dr. Yeroushalmi for all your ophthalmic problems.

Dr. Biser helped me choose the replacement lens for my eye so that my needs of reading close without glasses, and driving at night without seeing halos had a high chance of being met, since some multifocal intraocular lenses can leave halos. I am very pleased with the results. I went to a social event the night after my surgery and no one could believe I had just had cataract surgery, my eye looked great. It is now almost 2 months since surgery, and I am doing fine. I still wear corrective lenses for distance, that was my choice. By the way,I chose a silicon lens, by Dr. Biser's recommendation. There is a low chance of halos, and not all doctors are skilled at the different insertion method it uses, but Dr. Biser is very skilled and successful with it. Also,we chose to use topical drops for anaesthesia only, no IV sedation. I only experienced mild discomfort from the pressing, I would choose this again rather than heavy duty IV sedation. It's for patients who can relax on their own. I know that Dr. Biser and his staff are caring, skilled, and thorough. And Dr. Biser was recommended to me by a retina specialist who helped diagnose my unusual cataract. Her words were "He does great work, I have seen his after-surgery results on patients."

Not only is he personable but he also takes his time to explain and answer each and every question that you may have. My grandmother has also been seeing him for the past 2 decades and he diagnosed her high blood pressure before her primary care physician did which speaks to his passion and precision as a clinical caregiver.
