Dealing with Estate Planning and our Living Trust was daunting. We had put it off for many (many) years and following the birth of our second child and my in-laws' rapid deterioration of health, I finally put it at the top of my list in 2017. I think we accomplished it in a quarter. Kylie was referred to me by my financial planner. She made it incredibly easy for a working mom of two little kids to organize and get our trust in place within months of initial contact. She is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I feel like I've known her for years and I feel like I made the best decision for my family in a relatively short period of time. I wish I had contacted her sooner. Her online system of scheduling appointments was easier than scheduling with my doctor. So there really wasn't a great excuse to not move forward aside from coordinating with my husband's schedule for the final signing. Her office is easy to get to--right off the 15 in Rancho Bernardo. Your GPS may give you funny directions because it is the huge office building on the top of the hill overlooking the Gas station on the corner below. She also is a working mom, so it was nice to have perspective as we discussed provisions for our children in case of emergency. (Something you can't get when you use LegalZoom-just saying.) If you are looking for estate planning, wills/trusts, I highly suggest giving Kylie a call.
