There's an upstairs with a coffee table, a bean bag chair and two chairs (and lots of artists wares for sale on the wall). There are a few tables outside, so waiting until it's warm enough or ordering To-Go would be my suggestion. I shared pictures of the beautiful breakfast plates we received. The food was delicious! The sausage I asked for in my Eggs Benny was delicious! They were clearly homemade sausage that had a nice rosemary flavor. My husband's breakfast star was the chef made ham steak slices, and the rosemary sourdough toast. Yes, I recommend the food here! We were rather disappointed by the temperament of the person we assumed is the owner... when asked if they would please lower the music a little, because I'm healing from a traumatic brain injury (and it was blasting commercials and music; it wasn't a pleasant music track or album), said with an attitude "Sorry I can't control where the speakers are", and from that point seemed a lot less friendly. Her attitude didn't ruin the taste of the food, but this was a special outing (my first in 3 years since falling on black ice), near Goodspeed Opera House. This is a touristy area and people that run breakfast/brunch spots are usually friendly and eager to help with small requests. Often interactions with the restaurant staff adds greatly to the experience. Her sour grapes and refusal to help me feel comfortable by lowering it a smidge (I was already wearing noise cancelling ear buds, just so you understand how loud it was and that she didn't turn it down even a tiny bit), made breakfast less nice. We won't be returning ~ there are so many restaurants struggling to survive after Covid, we'd rather spend our time and money there.

A petite, delicate demure woman stepped out from the back room as I called out, "hello?" It turns out this woman is the owner, designer, upholsterer, button and piping sewer and your new best friend. I honestly have a girl crush on this powerhouse of a business woman. She is just the all around one woman show, the quintessential get-something-done-do-it-yourself lady. Plus her pricing is just so sweet, compared to the "designers" who send out their most available person (who only knows how to measure because before that they were plumbers, it happened to me) and then charge you triple for it. D&G was hired to stage our home for sale. They and the realtors suggested we refinish the floors in the home before putting it on the market, which we agreed to do and received a bill from D&G for the floor resurfacing which we paid. D&G then moved furnishing into the home. We noticed some minor scratches on the brand new floors after the furnishing were moved in but let it go. When it came time to move the furnishings out, I asked that we be notified what day and time D&G would be moving out the furnishings so that we could ensure there was no further damage, but was not given a time. D&G entered my home without authorisation and significantly damaged the newly finished floors (see pics attached) while moving out the furnishings. I have made multiple calls to D&G attempting to have this resolved, but have yet to be connected with someone who is able to resolve the matter. I've been told these individuals are traveling. In the meantime, we are waiting to have the floors fixed before moving furniture into the home. I will update this review if someone from D&G calls me back and offers an amicable solution. I'm someone who would like to see all small business owners succeed, but also believes in standing behind one's service. Update: I spoke with the proprietor of D&G. I am appreciative that she called me back. She refused to take responsibility for the scratches. Instead she blamed Prime Realty who maintained control of the unit during the sales process. Prime Realty did provide D&G a key to enter the home. In sum, the deep scratches in the floor were not present prior to the removal of the furniture by D&G. They were present immediately after the removal of the furniture. It would have been appreciated if the company would have taken responsibility for the damage.

Don't waste your time on faulty products, up charged prices, with the WORST customer service!…read more I ordered umbrellas because our current umbrellas (bought from Pottery Barn) faded in just one season and the poles themselves rusted through with holes in them. I was told that because Patio.com sells these year round, they have better quality items with warranties. I was assured these would not rust, fade, or break. There was a delay in shipping because of COVID and a run on orders from businesses creating outdoor spaces for customers so we received them in the fall (after the pool was closed). We stored them in the house until the pool opened this year. When we opened them for the first time this summer, the umbrella snapped. Immediately upon opening. When I contacted the store, I was given the run around and told that all of the people I worked with for the original purchase were no longer working with that store. To this day, I don't know why that matters. I finally was given a different number for customer service and left a message. I received an email back that I would have to pay for shipping for a new umbrella. I called again and asked to please speak with someone. I finally spoke to a woman who agreed that it didn't seem appropriate that I would have to pay to replacement an item that was clearly shipped damaged. I was then told that it would be taken care of. That was over 30 days ago. I have heard nothing from them about a replacement, and have not received a call back. Say what you will about Pottery Barn but at least those umbrellas still open and function as umbrellas...even if the fabric is weirdly faded after a single season.
