I was trying to get a potted plant, but they wouldn't tell me what they had, only "a greenhouse full". I then asked for suggestions and for a specific plant type, and I was told the greenhouse was closed until next week... I just had to hang up. It was frustrating.

My Aunt in Jacksonville, Fl passed away recently. My siblings and I all live in Georgia and were unable to attend the funeral. I called very late - two days before the funeral to order flowers. Tiffani was delightful to work with especially on such short notice. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. While ordering she told me that she knew one of my cousins and was handling the flowers for family. She fixed a lovely arrangement (another cousin sent me pictures) in the colors the family had selected. Should I have the need to order flowers in Jacksonville again I will call Tiffani!

I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. I was sad to see they didn't come with plant food, but still changed the water daily and cut stems to try to preserve them. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.

My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. After my very first delivery on Mothers Day from Southern Grace being flowers that died the very…read morenext day I would not have used them again. However, Ace Hardwares amazing Florist has closed its doors and my husband decided to try Southern Grace again due to their proximity to our house. While Ace hardware had FREE delivery within so many miles, Southern Grace is much closer to us and there was a $15 delivery fee. I do hope they will consider adjusting delivery fees based on location of delivery. The flowers my husband had sent to me were absolutely beautiful. We have to be very careful due to us having cats and he made sure to mention no lilies. The flowers were beautiful the day they were delivered as well as 4 days later they still look fabulous. I am not sure what he paid for them to determine value, but I do know that the $15 delivery fee was a bit excessive for a 2.5 mile delivery. I do hope they learn from the bad reviews and throw out or donate flowers that are borderline, rather than put them in bouquets people pay top dollar for.
